Bhaisaab ne sin bhaiya ko bi fail kar diya .....multicharacter talent😮
This guy is good at salesmanship. If one is good at that, they can sell anything. Please think twice before following him. If you are a good salesman. Then you can do very well.
He is constantly upskilling all his life without hesitating to try a new filed.. that's amazing ...please keep this kind of content coming ❤
Exactly what pleasantly surprised me. What a guy !
Woah what a man. He is a perfect example of it’s never too late to start fresh.
Absolutely !
@financewithsharan bro pls make podcast more like conversation 😅 it's like placements - tell me what you do, what you make, what your goal
Sharan is like CBI investigator , he has only one thing in mind "COME TO THE POINT " 😅 very straightforward..
Yes haha
Correct alwa😂
I too felt the same, no patience. Like Samsung ‘what’s next’ 😂
@financewithsharan Please sharan be like this only..I watch you because of this..if you do too much of sweet talking that will come across as fake and will turn for people who are really interested.
What a great hustle story!!! ❤ From Hospitality to IT to Trading to Solar. This guy is epitome of perseverance, will power and growth mindset.
I totally agree ! Inspiration.
@@financewithsharan i also agree
I was 32 and lost hope about future
After watching this man
My perspective changed about learning things we like and grab opportunities try new things age is just a number
His simplicity is great no luxury car home really inspiring

❤ From Karnataka
This man's story is better than 95% of Shah rukh khan movies script ! Hats off to him
Think what you are talking about. He is richest actor in world.
Many things we have to learn from conard sir
1) never stop learning
2) hard working
3) never give up attitude
4) make new friends
5) take risk in lifes
6) avoid unnecessary expenses
7) let your saved money do work for you even if you are sleeping
8) be good in communication skills other you can't sell your products even they are worth
What a guy!! He is the definition of a hustler
I agree ! 🙌🏻
Sharan should do a course on how to host a show 😂😂
Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
Just ''buy the dip'' man. In the long term it will payoff. High interest rates usually mean lower stock prices, however investors should be cautious of the bull run, its best you connect with a well-qualified adviser to meet your growth goals and avoid blunder
The truth is that this is really not as difficult as many people presume it to be. It requires a certain level of diligence, no doubt, which is something ordinary investors lack, and so a financial advisor often comes in very handy. My friend just pulled in more than $84k last month alone from his investment with his advisor. That is how people are able to make such huge profits in the market
nice! once you hit a big milestone, the next comes easier.. who is your advisor please, if you don't mind me asking?
ANGELA LYNN SCHILLING' is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her resume.
This guy is a global career transition king 👑
Very inspiring story. This man had that fire to move ahead no matter what and he never hesitated to learn and move into absolutely new fields. Incredible 🎉
Very inspiring !
Sharan's constant interruption is so irritating and rude. Kindly let the guest speak.
The guy is so transparent and I liked Sharan didn't touch his personal life, just magnetised to the subject.
This needs a bigger show,
where we are just listening this guys life hacks apart from salary.
Susegad.. listening to Conrad ..assessing his attitude towards life n finances .. that’s the word that comes so naturally to mind ..
Mast banda hai
Goan slang for the laid back attitude he so well wears
What a rich life this person has lived totally opposite to someone doing the same job over and over for the rest of their lives ....and taking such decisions is not easy ....he was quite smart and brave .....truly truly inspiring.....the kind of life id like to live....some uncertainties.... some risks but massive learnings and stories to share ..... Thank you for bringing him on the channel
What a man he is.. Thanks for this Episode Sharan. One advice for u Sharan would be, don't ask the questions which ur guests hesitate to answer, for example, u asked from which state his raw materials coming fom. These questions firstly make them uncomfortable to answer, secondly these won't add any value to viewers anyway. U can avoid such Qs.
In India you will see these kind of people living in every street just they don’t know these so called financial independence terms.
what an inspiration , his way of talking and face says he has seen lot of ups and downs . But totally worth it
Huge respect to this guy it was a cake walk for him to switch so many fields without even any doubt or question in his mind that how will he win. All the best to his solar journey.
Love this Man. He’s an example for Nothing is impossible ❤❤❤❤
I learnt how important networking is. Most of the jobs he landed was through his contacts 😍
Spoken truely, we in India have a single lane herd mentality which needs to change.
💯💯
Amazing discussion and lots of learning !! Outward thinking , challenging the status quo , not staying in comfort zone , transformation , fail fast than fail late were key learning.
Thanks for bringing this up Sharan.
I am 37 and was losing hope in my career. This slaps at my face showing that there are ways to turn your career in a new path even in the late 30s.
Key is to constantly keep learning new things every single day. 👍🏼
what do u do by profession?
@@princepavan9433 May I know why do you ask?
Absolutely a brilliant interview that one can take an idea or two. Unlike the ones that I get to see on other channels that talk about very high networth individuals who made money from startups/ stock options / very high salary.
Please get people like these who we can relate to.
Keep up the good job
This guy has his eyes, ears and minds open to spotting and seizing any opportunity which tries to pass by! Amazed.
I appreciate the way interviews are structured. There's no time wasted, just question after question. Great podcast, Sharan. Keep up the great work!
Lastly, this man teaches us that nothing is impossible if you are willing to do it.

Trulyyy inspiring journey!❤️
Perseverance is the word with this guy!! He is open to learn new things and try out new areas.. Hope he has thanked his mother and now living with his mother who actually gave the initial push /wings by giving her husband money of 2Lacs!
So inspiring. He is never afraid of taking risks - the major problem which today's generation faces.
"Holding a degree in a field and persisting in a job they don't even enjoy for their entire life." 😑
This man is really great! .... Thank you sharan
The sheer passion to learn! Hats off ❤
Wow..what a journey across different fields..
One key thing is hidden here is connection. Good connection can land you anywhere in world 🌎

Whaaat a guy - he has his story to tell which is life all about.
Amazing bro ... Jack of all with master of all..👌🍻😂..this episode..doubt who interviewed whom..
An absolute inspiration this person and an classic eg of luck favours the brave
Great interview. Amazing guy
Itseems like he never stopped learning. Good to hear from him. But, i didn't feel like conversation, instead its feel like an job interview, simply shooting questions. Which make us feel like when it will end.
The guy did IT Asset Management in 90’s. Still it is relevant will remain.
Sharan - a feedback, the way you raise a question feels like not allowing the person to complete his point and it feels more like interrogation
Sharan don't get me wrong, your tone sounds like you are doing interrogating him. However I like the content.
