Whatever you said about challenges with living in Pakistan is not wrong but at the same time it sounded in your video like that you are discouraging a person not to go back to his home country. Just a suggestion, rather than saying that you will not return back to Pakistan and you will have new moving target you could have said that if you are clear in your objectives then plan ahead by gaining new skills which are applicable in Pakistan. I know your messages are in sincerity but sometime choice of words can convey a different message and particularly when it comes to reputation of home country.

I'm not agree with your points.
I think your math is weak or maybe I'm wrong.
If he is saving 4500 riual in a month, it's 54000 per year and in 8 years it's 432,000 (3 crore, 2 lakh and 40,000 pkr). It's not less than you think and if he invest like 1 crore he can earn like 3 to 5 lakh dividend in a month.
