💚I always get confused about the mind & body or witness & object or namarupa (Are all these things the same, or are they different?). If I see a bird in the sky then I am aware of the bird and there is the object of the bird? If I then turned around and no longer am aware of the bird then is the bird still there? I guess I might be over thinking it or something because it seems that all there is would be mind, awareness or experience & the object is awareness..

Monetization has dramatically reduced the value of pods run on You Tube. The only solution is to tape such fine content as is above. You can't just listen to it without being interrupted by someone who desires to be paid for interrupting the message being sought by the viewer. And if you let it play to get through the commercials, YOU DON"T!. The F'g commercial keeps playing unless you hit Skip to allow the desired content to continue. Yes, this an semi-obscene rant from a Secular Buddhist.

      Yes. It’s absurd and grotesque.
And they just take more and more liberties with their position and ask more and more in return.
Mindless extraction without the least concern for its effects on the over-all health of things. “Abuse” I think it is called…
More and more I find myself returning to the books on my shelf. Where I know I will not encounter this type of BS.
