I’m gonna buy one and we can install it when you’re here. I want a wide slider shot of the whole room.

I'm looking at getting one of these for a moving shot for interviews events etc.
Would this be okay mounted on two compact lighting stands? Or does it require two really substantial stands to mount it? (I'm trying to stay as compact as I can)

I didn't notice the shake after rewatching....can you expand a little bit more on the shake?

There are a few spots in the travel that aren't perfectly smooth - you may notice if you blow it up to full-screen. It can certainly be overcome, and isn't drastic, but that's the kind of thing some ppl are willing to pay $2k to get rid of

Would you rather buy a slider or use a gimbal to get all the slider motions plus...

Last I checked, gimbals don’t slide, they rotate, and they don’t run themselves either... but if you know of one that can do that, I’m interested!

@@ProfitandPixels good point 👍🏽. I had a motorized slider that I used once to get the cool shot from the back with audience kind of in the shot half way and the main subject top half .. if you know what I mean. I was disappointed because the slider was not fast enough to the effect. I started using a gimbal instead. But you are right you need someone to operate the gimbal
