Having 50mbps is already great for streaming 4k videos 90mbps up is even more awesome.👍
Since you're on the roof of a church, aren't you 'technically' closer to god elevation wise? XD
The modem also act as router.. typical modem/router on ISP these days...
Try resetting your modem.. it might improve up to 150mbps
