The first half of this fight is the first time I think we've really seen a Force-Senstive engage in unarmed combat without telekinesis for a prolonged period, and I love it! You can tell just how much the Force is empowering Asajj's speed, strength, and agility, as well as how her Precognition is helping her to flawlessly match every single one of Hunter, Wrecker, and Crosshair's moves. It's magnificent.
There's a reason Palpatine ordered Dooku to kill her, because she was growing too strong. He was worried that in another few years she may be strong enough to help Dooku tag-team Palpatine and take his place. That tells you all you need to know about how strong Ventress is.
She was ligit the only one close to his age beside obiwan and bariss close to his level. She cant take Vadar but anyone yes she certainly can. And some one with the potential to reach mother talzins level scared the mess out of sideous
I ain't even mad. Before Ventress was a sith assassin in training, she was a jedi's padawan. But if there's one thing I'll always remember, it's that she was a nightsister through and through. Her sisters are gone, but she is not.

I like Ventress just fine but I can’t abide this half-baked redemption arc where Omega smiles and says “It’s all good” after her brothers warn her this woman is a WAR CRIMINAL! She killed THOUSANDS of Omega’s brothers in a sadistic fashion, for fun! I know Omega is dumb, but this is getting ridiculous!
@@IsaiahRichards692 And? So did General Grievous and Pong Krell. Neither of which regretted what they did even slightly, where as Ventress dropped out of the war entirely and learned to move on, avoiding further beef with the republic in the process. I agree, Omega's response to Ventress is half-baked, but she was born after the war into an empire that didn't care if clones lived or died anymore. It's as Ventress said, they were all pawns that were used and discarded.
Ventress is showing such impressive restraint here. Even at the start, taking their weapons is a kindness. It's like she's saying "Fine, let's wrestle and you can burn off a little anger, maybe you'll chill out." Fighting with actual weapons is just going to result in them dying, and she knows it.

I know the Batch were the aggressors here but there were a bunch of far gentler ways Ventress could have defused the situation but she chose to provoke them and then kick their asses instead. I've seen so many characters go through redemption arcs and just turn into completely different people afterwards instead of holding onto some of their (arguably) bad habits. When the Batch pulled guns on her it took me back to all those scenes in the past where others had done the same and the only thing I could think was that if this had happened a few years earlier those boys would be dead.
Let's not forget that the Batch are the equivalent of special ops with low level superpowers, prior to their defection they had a 100% success rate on missions. Ventress took them down without taking a single hit.
Goes to show just how outclassed they were against Ventress, a former dark side assassin. She beat Anakin of all people a few times and fought Obi Wan to a standstill; this was a walk in the park for her.

It was cool seeing Ventress back as I believed she was gone after the war! She's still got it as she was a brilliant fighter. Plus it was cool hearing the theme tune of the BB and happy that my theory was right - in the trailer where Hunter says "We're not big on following orders", I knew it was Crosshair standing next to him as the gun was exactly the same, so I'm glad we saw that. Plus, it's nice to see more of Crosshair back where he belongs!
I loved ventress in the clone wars so i was totally excited seeing her return. I always wondered what happened to her after the clone wars. Wouldnt mind a spin off following her ventures through the age of the empire.
"We were pawns in the same war... and we _all_ lost." - Asajj is correct; she, the clones, the Jedi, the Republic, the Separatists, the battle droids, even Dooku. They were all of them pawns in Sidious's game, and once the pieces had been thinned out Sidious made his play and secured his victory. All that's left are the scraps and the pawns that _think_ they are the victors, and Sidious still presides over the board, moving the pieces in accordance to his design.
Hold on, did Asajj get another new lightsaber? Because I've seen the lightsaber she bought on the black market after Barris stole her red bladed lightsabers. It had a yellow blade like this one, but it didn't have a curved hilt.
I just love how Asajj is just toying with them. For once, they got a Force User combat against non-Force Users correctly. And they show it every time that, had Asajj actually wanted, she would have snapped their necks easily. She has grown far from the jobber she used to be.
I feel like that with bulky guys like Wrecker, they are actually at a disadvantage when it comes to hand to hand combat. As yeah they are stronger but they are also slower because of their mass and less coordinated than opponents that are less muscled and agile.
One thing i really love about Bad Batch is fist fights they’re epic as hell Crosshairs is my favorite one to watch fight he’s more trained then the others and held his own better against Ventres really season 2-3 made Crosshairs my favorite character
really have to give Hunter Wrecker and Crosshair credit for challenging Ventrerss and have to say a Yellow Lightsaber really suits her well way better than Red did IMO
I find it funny that CROSSHAIR the skinny sniper held up longer against her then Wrecker. The one that’s the brute and ment for extended hand to hand. I think it’s how different Assaj’s fighting style was. Fast and Angelic.
I love this season because we get to see Crosshair fighting hand to hand with his enemies ! I think we saw him fighting like that only in season 1 against Hunter but it was a short fight. We can really see him pulling out some great moves ! Also Wrecker is too slow for Ventress omg, she's casually dodging his punches 😂
Can someone help me out, (havent seem this season) i thought ventress died just before the end of the war. Is this a retcon? One of my favs but im confused
Not a retcon, by the end of the book, her corpse is brought to a pool on Dathomir to rest, and it's implied then that something is happening, which ties with her quote about having "other lives" in the episode.

Yellow lightsabers were wielded by the Jedi Temple Guards, strong in both the Force and Lightsaber combat but their job was literally to protect the temples and the archives, they never left the confines of the Jedi Temple
Really glad this character is back. Some live long enough to become the villain, but a story about redemption and reflection is what our society truly needs. As they introduced Clone Force 99 in the final season of The Clone Wars to launch a continuation … they are launcing a Assajj - Omega series to continue TCW series. Offering viewers a new perspective into the Era of The Empire, serving as a S4-S6 of the Bad Batch. Also didn’t she get a shout out in live-action in the Ahsoka series? I hope we get a Tales of the Jedi with the Dark Diciple arc, for not everyone has read that beautifully crafted story of Assajj and Vos vs Dooku and Palpatine. It would be the ultimate retribution for Palpatine’s horrific war crimes and manipulations if Assajj were to deal the crippling blow to Palpatine’s cloning efforts by destroying Tantiss Base and training Omega to fend for herself. However i’m predicing a huge sacrifice from our squad to deliver that blow and for Omega to come into the care of Ventress.
This fight really shows how good Ventress is in combat. She knew that she couldn’t match Wrecker’s strength so she kept on repelling him and leaping over him ; since she was roughly about Hunter’s size she focused on protecting herself while attacking; and with Crosshair being exactly her size it was pure agression.
That's what happens when a force user and someone trained in the Jedi arts can see you coming and prepared. The majority of the Order was caught by surprise and ambushed, but if the Jedi ever managed to rally and form a major offensive, the clones would've been wiped out
Indeed if the Pong Krell incident was any indication. How many clones do you think were killed before Krell was finally defeated? And only because he got distracted by something else? If the Jedi had the same disregard for clones like he did and kept their guard up, Order 66 could of failed or not be as successful at the least.
To those saying the Squad shoule have won: friendly reminder Ventress could keep up with Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, sometimes at the same time. Nearly at their peak (their peak being the Mustafar duel).
@coffeein3145 no way. If there was anyone alive who was walking away from Order 66 without a scratch its Ventress. She lived through Order 66 everyday for years when she served the Separatists, and has been credited as single handidly taking down entire battalions of Clones. @@jetguy128 I feel like it's a very close fight, but I'm leaning toward Ahsoka. She beat Maul and killed an inquisitor easily. But I still think it's very close since we don't know what Ventress has been doing, but she certainly hasn't been slacking.
Like Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati, Asajj does not appear to be Sith or Jedi, but somewhere in between. This makes it difficult to determine what their ultimate goal is and whether they value peace and morality. It's possible that she is still upset about the near extinction of her Nightsister race, but I doubt her intentions would coincide with Morgan Elsbeth. A reunion with Ahsoka might be comforting.

She’s a War Criminal!
He’s a War Criminal!
Omega you must choooooooose!
Don’t let them kill me!
Shes still got the moves and the appeal
Ventress went full mma and WWE on them 😂😂
Crosshair is def the beat in hand to hand, hunter right behind him, wrecker is trying but he can only do so much
I feel like that with bulky guys like Wrecker, they are actually at a disadvantage when it comes to hand to hand combat.
1:37
Probably the best moment of music in this
really have to give Hunter Wrecker and Crosshair credit for challenging Ventrerss and have to say a Yellow Lightsaber really suits her well way better than Red did IMO
1:08 Crosshair is a pirate
I CANT UNHEAR IT HELP LMAO
This scene makes my fingers hurt
I find it funny that CROSSHAIR the skinny sniper held up longer against her then Wrecker. The one that’s the brute and ment for extended hand to hand. I think it’s how different Assaj’s fighting style was. Fast and Angelic.
Yeah Wrecker doesn’t have the endurance or stamina to keep up due to his size. Endurance > Strength on this fight.
Three v one and didn’t even break a sweat
Asaaj is born assassin physical combat is her strength
God, Hunter would be such a good Jedi now that I think about it.
Ventress totally kicked there butts.
But she's cheating, she's using the force.
1:22 Not the kick in the balls 😢
All because of the force which boosts her pre cog, strength, speed, stamina, endurance etc. she is basically 10x above peak human. If she didn’t have the force, Crosshair alone would of wrecked her 💯
But I’m glad she’s back.. guarantee she’s gonna make Omega her Apprentice by the end of the show.
......what? thats like me saying if crosshair wasnt agumanted he would lose
@@pearsegallagher9832 what are you even getting at lol.
you said if ventress didnt have the force crosshair alone would win, i just find that an odd point to make because the same is true for the bad batch, if they didnt have the augmentations they would just be regsand ventress would beat all 3@@Mandalore.The.Hero7
@@pearsegallagher9832 lets be real, someone fighting with the force and a regular guy is not the same thing
Snake really should have remembered the basics of CQC here
Snake! SNAAAAAAKE
Big boss would win
Boss?
What does the saber color represent?
“Jedi sentinel” strong with the lightside
Yellow lightsabers were wielded by the Jedi Temple Guards, strong in both the Force and Lightsaber combat but their job was literally to protect the temples and the archives, they never left the confines of the Jedi Temple
Sooooo... Her lighrsaber os now just a secondary/backup instead of a primary then?
She fucked em up lmfao
Nah, once she had that knife, they’d be cooked immediately. She just be playin with her food
I put Muder on the dance floor to play while i see this video, it was a experience
This was almost an unfair fight for them fighting Ventress
Ventress isn’t naturally bald?! You really learn something new everyday
saw her hair in her jedi flashbacks
She looks just like she does in the book with Quinlan Vos, I think they are going to finally adapt that book into visual media
To those saying the Squad shoule have won: friendly reminder Ventress could keep up with Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, sometimes at the same time. Nearly at their peak (their peak being the Mustafar duel).
Most of those who are saying the batch should of won are just men who can't stand seeing a woman win in a duel with men.
@@TimberlakeTigerGirlexactly
I think Ventress was fighting with lower fps compared to the Batch, which makes sense because her force sensitivity allows her to be op physically
Oh dammit... its yellow 💀
If u had to say a martial art from our world to define Ventress combat fighting style which would be??
It looks like a combination of wing chun kung fu Mui Thai and she did some jiu jitsu too lol
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and different styles of Kung Fu.
You seen ip man it looks like hes fighting style
@@trapperscout2046as someone who does bjj seeing her do the arm bar made me jump out of my chair in excitement
@@voltage7010 Same here as someone who does Judo.
She alive 😮😮😮
2:07 - 2:11 Count Dooku form!!
She did casually behead many clones in clone wars. Of course bad batch was no match for her
Power scale was accurate
A 3 v 1 what are the odds, a former sith apprentice vs 3 tc-99 clones
I’ve always known the girl was a Badass but throwing hands with these mofos and hand them there collective ass was a wonder to behold🫡👍😱❤️🤷🏼♂️😂
If there were Tech and Echo, would they have a chance?
Nop
Tech would have advised them to not attack because she is her and Echo has only one hand.
Where's Echo?
Ventress even copied Dooku's lightsaber hilt - notice how its got that curve that helps with dueling. Just thought that was pretty cool.
Asajj Ventress Wins!!!
Fatality!!!
It was hard for me to watch Wrecker get casually force choked like that, that was just disrespectful
if this was ventress who served dooku they would've been dead tbh
It this was the entire Bad Batch under the effect of Order 66, she would have been too.
@coffeein3145 no way. If there was anyone alive who was walking away from Order 66 without a scratch its Ventress. She lived through Order 66 everyday for years when she served the Separatists, and has been credited as single handidly taking down entire battalions of Clones. Fighting through Order 66 conditions is her bread and butter. Ventress would massacre the bad batch if she wanted too.
@@coffeein3145considering that she wouldnt have been taken unawares because she was technically not a dark sider, I disagree
They wouldve died horribly
@@coffeein3145 I like the batch... But she literally steamrolled them. With both her blades and the will to kill them, the fight would have bneen ended in seconds. She fought toe to toe with both Anakin and Obi-wan and beat Grievous. She is out of their league.
i wonder if she also practitioner of Teras Kasi
Somehow Ventress Returned
She's far more faster than before . Think Ahsoka can take her?
she was able to hold herself against both Obi Wan and Anakin at same time during Clone Wars. So I don't think so
@@jetguy128 Well, because she was quite desperate, don't u think?
@@jetguy128 I feel like it's a very close fight, but I'm leaning toward Ahsoka. She beat Maul and killed an inquisitor easily. But I still think it's very close since we don't know what Ventress has been doing, but she certainly hasn't been slacking.
@@portsyde3466 No, she hasn't indeed
@@portsyde3466 Maul was overconfident and Ahsoka got lucky beating him. I think Ahsoka in her prime could probably beat Ventress.
It’s sad the quality of the animation took a shot from this fight but it was nice
The animation of this fight was gorgeous, forget movies just keep it like this, cheaper, more effective and relative to the fans. You will never pull off the moves in the movies compared to the animated
