While radically transforming their bodies and minds for the better.
We believe 1:1 Coaching (face-to-face and online) when combined with Positive Community guarantees the very best of safe, effective outcomes.
To that end, we ONLY offer FREE content...in order to inspire you to become a stronger version of yourself (and not to be confused with real, transformative coaching).

As a Judo teacher / instructor, forward rolls are extremely important.

Shoulder roll example: was a framer for 15 years, we were decking the roof, yep here it comes: I go to set the sheet down at on ridge to go over the other side(backside was walkiut basement side) to boss to set there, wind catches the sheet and instead of letting go😅 I spun around with the sheet and rode it down the front, the sheet hits the subband blocks and I go on over the egde into a paracgut drop n roll right off the front of the house, all my tools and nails fell out of my pouches during the roll. I end up facing the house and looked up to my boss laughing his but off at me riding the plywood sheet down and not letting go, wished he had a cell phone, they didnt exist back then. That would have been FUNNY🤣🙏

When I was in middle school. I saw my brother who was cycling very fast and fell on the football field with his body rolling forward. I was quite horrified but amazed when I saw it. He is fine. My brother likes all sports, such as football, basketball, volleyball and others. His reflexes are very good.

Bruce Lee always said, " Take what is useful! Disguard the rest!" This will be useful, especially in my continuing training in Jeet Kune Do

Mr. Weiland I want to thank you for all your videos.
Today was a big day for me,
I did my first muscle up in total I managed to do 3.
Your idea of training and philosophy of training has impacted me and resonates with me.
I've learned to always try challenging exercises and be consistent with boring one's that build Bodyweight strength over time and yes the patience is worth it. I'm also getting better at handstand haven't mastered it yet but I still practice crow pose tuck planche and I'm beginning to see benifits.
I'm sincerely grateful to you. ❤🙏🤘

I love your videos but this one most of them all, since you give a really useful training instruction and a really good joke. Tomorrow I'll try this at home ;-)
One remark: your sessions require a lot of room, lots of people don't have it. I think I'll modify the routine a bit to match the room I've got (e.g. by always having an extra movement going back to the initial place).
