    LEE, I DO HOT POWER YOGA, WHICH HAS SIMULAR MOVES AS SOME I HAVE SEEN ON YOUR PRESENTATION, I CAN NOW DO EASILY CROWPOSE, HANDSTAND, WISH YOUR WERE IN MY AREA IN PHILADELPHIA, IT WOULD SURLEY TAKE ME TO ANOTHER LEVEL!

    Thank you so much. This is a perfect starting place for what my aim is. I have been trying to research progression from beginner to being able to move effectively. The strength and movement are my goals. Feeling free like a child in movement seems like pure joy. So much more satisfying than "thin and pretty" which has grown to leave a sore taste in my month. Would it be possible if you could please provide the name of each progression to each 16 goals. Without those the journey is still too unmapped. Thank you for the info.

    Look at LeBron James still playing at a very high level at nearly 40 years old. I predict you are going to see this become the new normal with athletes playing well into their 40's and beyond in the near future.

    Kicks, Single leg squats and lunges Box jumps and single leg box jumps Impacts from tumbling Heavy bag work with thunderous kicks exposing the body to 500 pounds plus weight repetitively Move 1. Rebounding, punches off the ground or dropping and landing onto the ground with straightened legs. Bending knees reduces power Elastic strength response, stretches the achilles tendon and flexes it involuntarily and strengthens it through repetitive striking. The strength is probably not noticeable on the outside. Be careful with these moves because they could lead to injuries. Depth jumps, jumps going down wards, ie 🦘 off a box onto lower ground, with straight legs. Strengthening the legs and body through twice the body weight conditioning the legs, core and entire body, making it supreme over free weights or industrial equipment. Mobility 1. W Sits, sitting with legs bent out and backward, with arms straight and horizontal. 2. Stalder pulses, sitting or levitating with legs wide and straight straight, with both arms in between legs raising the entire body, pulsing the legs up and down, 3. Leg lifts, laying down or sitting and leaning back and then raising the upper and lower torso together in the air. Any mainstream exercises are valuable given certain caveats, be mindful of holistic training that result in sustainability and athletic power. Big compound lifts are valuable but forget all about the fine moter extremely nuance strength that end up becoming your weakest link and possibly causes catastrophic injuries. Seated pulses. Strengthening hips, core, eventually transferring over to 540 kicks, ariels, corks, Move 3. Static and reps: Horse stance. Lunges/lunge pulses with the arms forward together straight and slightly upward. Hollow core: a static lunge with arms on your ears. Sitting in low Squat, with arms straight, wide and slightly upward. Jumping/leaping Squats and or weighted squats. Weighed lunges. Box jumps, hollow back pushups, or hollow back box push ups. V ups or v ups on the block. Allowing the arms and legs to move downwards. Handstand or wall handstand. Box jumping or narrow horse stance. Rebounding, jumping or jumping down from a box with straight legs. Leg iron cross, standing in splits with arms upward or on the ground. Body types. For ectomorphs, adding weights would help out. For endomorphs, they add on fat and muscle quickly, so their body weight will likely be enough for the exercises at first.

    After mastering all this you won’t even need conventional weights or gym equipment, want more muscle mass, strength etc then increase intensity with added body weight eg weight vest this style of training is freaking awesome! Keep up the fantastic content 🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍💪🔥👊💯

    I’m 50 now and I should have been doing these exercises instead of weight training all these years. But I’m afraid it’s too late now. There’s no way I could ever even so much as attempt to do any of these exercises.

      I think the best arm exercise is guitar, drums really but picking has made my wrist and bicep extremely fast, I use weights occasionally to offset the size of my biceps but short of playing guitar lefty I don't think I can ever get the speed in both arms. I can do a little kung fu , TKD and skateboarded for a longtime, so I'm in this same boat, never had time or need for weights but I am rather lanky. If you needed to go up a weight class maybe and already had strength might be the answer though.

    Front lever cured my herniated discs i had and l sit qnd v sit those two moves where the onew that helped me hut weights wnd macshines helped me unlock pull ups and muscle ups. Aweome video like always
