  • Gentle morning yoga practice for any and every day; Nothing too fast, nothing too strong - just some gentle movement to get the body moving and wake up the mind.
First of all, well done for getting out of bed 😊 Therefore, this practice starts from standing up with a 6-Part Daoist Breath... Aftre that you can expect poses like Half-Moon Sidebend, Cobra, Twisting Low Lunge, Tree, Dancer, and so on...
This is a soft, all-levels practice focusing on movement rather than long-held poses or stretches. Let's get moving!

Starting the day with slower breaths and moving the body helps so much with keeping calm throughout the day (or at least until lunch time 😉 )

@@yogawithheini I have this amazing residency, so I decided that I would practice each morning to start out with a tall body and clear mind, I also have a small back injury at the moment, up between my shoulder blade and my spine, so I NEED it to keep things moving (-_-) and it is really helping to stop it seizing up!
