    This girl is built different... couldn't hit the gym today, so I did this workout... How the hell is this possible I squat 50kg, hip thrust 110 and rdl 60kg and this girl kills me with a 12 min home workout...

    Out of all the booty activations this one is by far my favorite. I can wake up the next morning feeling sore just by doing this single session, so you can imagine how much i struggle to walk by doing the whole 45 min program 😂 I really love you Pam, you never disappoint 🫶🏽

    request: a workout for booty and upper legs that is knee friendly. ❤️ my physician advised me to get stronger upper legs and glutes because of my knee injury. i hope you can design a workout like this!

    Hi Pam, I really like this workout & the 3 sec between changing positions. I think it's better if you add 3sec in every changing positions, even from lying down to kneeling. Otherwise I keep needed to playback for the missing few sec.
