My Favorite comfort Food Recipe
KEEMA MUTTER (peas) .
This recipes takes me home every single time ,
It’s a simple & fast moving recipe with cool tricks to make your a success!!!!
INGREDIENTS :-
5 LBS Beef Keema
2 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
1 TBL SPN Red Chili Powder
1 1/2 TBL SPN Salt
1 1/2 Coriander Powder
1 TSP Turmeric
1 TBL SPN Garam Masala
2 TBL SPN Dry Methi
2 Cups Oil
2 LBS PEAS
5 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
3 Med Onions (chopped)
1 Bunch Cilantro (chopped & washed)
2 Green Chilies
3 Inch Fresh Ginger
IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE:-
Boil peas in boiling water for 5 mins ,
then in 3 TBL SPN of oil flash sauté them & then add them to the keema . - Jak na to + styl

Hi! could i throw in frozen peas in the keema while its cooking down, without boiling or sauteing prior, for a quicker method? or do you recommend against that?
