BEEF KOFTA CURRY!!!

Today I will teach you guys a recipe which has been in my family for 3 generations,
BEEF KOFTA CURRY .
This recipe is split in 3 very simple steps with a lot of neat tricks for you to follow to make your dish a success!!!!!
INGREDIENTS:-
5 LBS Beef Keema
2 LBS Potatoes
KOFTA MIX:-
5 LBS Beef Keema
1TBL SPN Salt
1 TSP Red Chili
1 TSP Garam Masala
1 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
1/2 Bunch Cilantro (washed)
2 Green Chilies
1 Med Onion
1 Beaten EGG
MASALA/CURRY:-
2 Cups Oil
3 Med Onion
6 Roma Tomatoes
1 TBL SPN Salt
1 TBL SPN Red Chili
1 TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1 TSP Turmeric
1/2 TBL SPN Garam Masala
1 Cup Whipped Yogurt
2 TBL SPN Dry Methi
2 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
2 Glasses Water
BOILED POTATOES:-
Add potatoes to boiling water & boil them for 10 to 12 mins
