I just found your videos today and watched about 5 of them. My girls (8 and 12) and I will definitely be making this recipe this weekend. I'm a divorced dad who has my girls 3 days a week and we do a ton of cooking. I've been forwarding your videos to them. I've been an accomplished amateur chef from a very young age. I used to cook as much for my family from about the age of 10 as my mom did. When I was awarded a football scholarship to a major college my dad offered to give me the equivalent money and then on top of that pay for me to culinary school Because he didn't want me playing football And he knew I loved cooking. I have done almost no Indian cooking and I'm excited to start learning. By the way, that salad you made that you said that your papa insisted on is very much like a Jordanian salad my Jordanian roommate in college used to make for us. Absolutely delicious. Simple, but such a flavor multiplier with other dishes. Your papa is right.

Wow amazing recipe will definitely try.. Can I substitute the flour for corn or rice flour instead due to wheat allergy.. which would you recommend? Also to make half of the beef should I half all of the ingredients ? Thank you (UK)

Great recipe, i always have trouble making them this thick in consistency. Q1. brother basant, if you don't have a meat grinder like yours can we use a food processor instead? Q2. Which part of beef did you use in this recipe please?
