For being on the road all day, and getting done what you can editing in the evening between eating, cleaning up, sleeping, the videos are looking better and better all the time. The mix between a vlog, visual documentary, and map progression updates are awesome. I won't be doing anything near as adventurous anytime in the near future, but you definitely inspire to log my on money when it happens. Even if it's for personal record. I've been lucky to have some great adventures, but I never thought to log them, just a handful of random photos. Keep up the great work!

Awesome! So pleased to see you meeting members of the JaYoe Nation out and about on the road! Okonomyaki is what you had? It's a pancake where shredded cabbage, carrots and other veggies, along with chicken or seafood are mixed together with the batter and cooked on a hotplate. They serve it with a drizzle of Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise and Tonkatsu brown sauce across the top, a good sprinkle of Katsuobushi on top of the sauces and a dash of seaweed powder to top it off. I make it at home here in Scotland, it tastes amazing!

Greg Ward It's really easy to make at home too! I'm quite able to make sushi of various types at home too, but Okonomyaki is the kind of dish that is easy to make at home. The Japanese take any root veg or gourds and solid veggies like Cucumber that is past its best to add to a simple pickle mix and eat in 24 to 48 hours. These pickles are served with many meals, with rice, grilled fish, steak or fried chicken.
We also really like Oyakodon, chicken and egg over rice. It literally translates as 'parent and child donburi', it's super easy to make and really quick too. Omurice (omelette over rice with different additions) is another really common and easy dish with lots of variations. We like it with thinly sliced steak stir-fryed with veggies, mixed in with the rice inside the omelette with a rich brown demi-glace sauce drizzled over the top.
Can you tell I really miss being well enough to cook at home?!

another day of beautiful footage every where you turn. Suspect the fox was smelling the puke. Should have asked the Fox if he knew where the local Fish n' Chip without the Fish n' Chips was.
Must be so hard for someone that follows you, but at home has it translated for him, an when he gets to meet you has limited ways to communicate. Seemed like a really nice guy to go out of his way that much just to get a picture with you and the trike.

Yeah, a wild dog of any kind, fox, coyote,etc. Acting that brave around people.... I would be concerned he could have distemper or rabbies. He might just be tame because people have fed him, but who knows for sure.
suspect it was born and raised around humans, and scavenging human food is easier then finding wild food, so has become very use to us. An it was probably smelling Matts puke, so was drawn by the odor.
