Dom, you kick ass. Some tires, a sledgehammer, a pull-up bar, some tie-down straps, some imagination, and hard work are all you need to get the insane full body results you've clearly developed. Stay strong, man!

Great vid! i made this with my friends and it was an epic workout, strength, speed... U can do great squats, and push-ups. We also found some trunks, one friend of mine fainted.

anchises868: If there are sharp pains then no. If soreness do to old injuries then do the exercise easy at the beginning for 5 to 10 minutes the muscles will be warmed up and you can increase intensity. FYI. After you cool down the soreness will be back, they'll never go away. Welcome to the club.
@brindlboy breaking it down for you: throwing away old and otherwise useless tires often costs money, and burning them produces toxic fumes. That's why you can get one for free.
