Crazy workout with the tire Dominic. You have great flexibility for your age. My 19 year old son liked your tire swing with the rope. He couldn't believe you are in your 70's.

Dom, you kick ass. Some tires, a sledgehammer, a pull-up bar, some tie-down straps, some imagination, and hard work are all you need to get the insane full body results you've clearly developed. Stay strong, man!

lol Sorry for the worst election of an adjective, no way I was showing disrespect, in fact, this vid changed my life. Inspired by you and other hard core trainning people I already made my extra room a training place. Of course tires are not only my new best boxing, kicking, staffing, sticking and knifing sparring, but the best speed, balance and strength coach. Thanks for the vid!

anchises868: If there are sharp pains then no. If soreness do to old injuries then do the exercise easy at the beginning for 5 to 10 minutes the muscles will be warmed up and you can increase intensity. FYI. After you cool down the soreness will be back, they'll never go away. Welcome to the club.

wearinagreenshirt: The purpose of my video was to show the many ways I use tires in my workout routine. The small reps were only to demo the moves. Normally I would combo kettlebells, dumbells or bodyweight exercise with 1 or 2 tire routines. Thanks for you comment.
