This is SO helpful! I coach gymnastics and this will help so much with stamina, coordination, strength.. and it's something new and fun for them to do. Some of these things, I've never seen. I have one of those ladder things and couldn't think of how to use it - you guys are great, THANK YOU. Whoever says this is useless is obviously an idiot.

I tried the Bosu to Bosu yesterday, without the squat, but it was still an amazing workout. Fun, almost maxed out my heart rate, and was a great metabolic conditioning exercise. Can't wait to try it tomorrow, this time with the squat!
I coach fencing, which values explosive leg speed. We do drills similar to these, except instead of steps, we hop over lines of masks (which we don't land on, obviously), and for floor lines, we put down weapons. Good ideas here for new drills; thanks for uploading! :-)
best kind of training ever ;) good for almost anything. explosiveness, endurance, muscle building, and at the same time even stretchening muscles (which can also be the bad thing, cause you can injure your muscle with all the stretching and contracting in once, if making mistakes and not being used to it). but if you start with it carefully and build intensity continiously, its the best thing ever. pretty good compilation of what you can do.
this is a SERIOUS routine. way better than squats and power cleans because of the cardio and agility work. our SAQ coach ran us through a lot of this, it works
@BootyBot Very good information, and here is a question: if done with minimal breaks, would a session like the one in the video be good as a cardio workout, too?
