Thanks for your review! It perfectly covered all the necessary points. And I love the Power Ring too, great for over the head exercises and squats. Think I will order both, the ring and the 1lb weights.

@@RubyLocknar You should get it too! It looks great, like my Pilates ring, but weighted. And easier to maneuver than my kettlebell especially overhead. I like trying new things to make my at-home gym more fun and motivating. So thanks again for your video.
When I use to work out more. I had a calendar . I would do arms one day legs etc . Also when I started out I would do arm circles and increase every week . Leg stretch's sit-ups crunch's running in place . Shadow box . Dumb bells If want to increase strength heavier weights.
Having a calendar to make sure your targeting every area of your body throughout the week is so beneficial
Thanks for this in depth review! I liked that you took the time to explain a lot, because as you said, there's not a lot of reviews online! I was thinking of getting the two pounds but I think the one plus the three pound bars should be plenty! :) Lots of variety in that case!

I own the 1 pound pair and 2 pound pair. The 1 pound pair feels way too light. I was hoping to wear the 1’s on my wrist and 2 on my ankles. But I might need to return the 1 pounds
What do you do with your Apple Watch when wearing these? I want to wear my watch but not sure what to do with it.
I just wear the bangle above my Apple Watch!
You can hold them sort of wrapped around your palm gripping with thumb and fingers

I think she did a great job, it wasn't too long and covered all the necessary points. You also have the option to fast forward if you don't want to hear everything which is what I do if a video is too long or it takes a while to get to the main points.
