Would you recommend solid core for someone that needs to be somewhat careful due to lower back pain / sciatica? I had it flare up few times so it comes and goes. Low impact workouts should be fine though
Love Solidcore! I can’t go to the gym by myself… I need to be motivated and be in a group fitness class ! It was so intimidating in the beginning and my instructor told me to pick a machine in the middle. Lol I go twice a week. Love it !!!
I get the specialized classes like buns + guns, but all of the other classes say full body, but then have specific body parts in parentheses, what’s that about 🧐 ?
Found this super helpful for my first class, thank you :)
Great summary, first class today! Thanks :)
I am so scared to take a class and look stupid, thanks for the tips!

Yes absolutely! I got a horrible lower back injury last year and Solidcore has been one of the best workout for me
Which class should I take for my first one? Or does it matter?
Any class! There are always modifications you can take :)
Happy Wednesday! Have you every tried Solidcore?

@@natashaw.9535 Being in the middle is so helpful when you're new, even though it can feel super intimidating! Glad you love it
Going to my first class tomorrow. Thanks for the info! Super helpful.

The full body ones do core legs and back/arms, but may focus on inner legs, triceps, or obliques.
What about people who wear glasses everyday like me is that going to be a problem with this type of workouts?
I wear glasses every single day & it’s never been a problem for me :)
