Her titles are my self-talk action points: when feeling snack-y, but not hungry, I remind myself that I can delay; I don’t have to deny myself the foods that I want; I can delay until my blood glucose reading confirms that it’s a good time to take in fuel. I get to feast without fear; no food is off limits to me. No macronutrient is “bad” for me. And, I fast, feast, and repeat the process over and over and over again. As for my food choices, for the most part, I eat clean-ish.
