    it's not the UV light that % is refering to.
    it's VISIBLE light.
    any decent window film rejects 99% of the UVs.

      Lmfao these clowns, why in earth would they measure in Uv? You can have 100%light in ans have a decent film block 99% that proves this guy does not know what he's talking about. Glad some common sense is still there

    • @zackdl
      @zackdl Před 2 lety +8

      @@staying_spooky I had 20 on my last car and loved it but got 15 on my current one and love it even more. 20% is a great middle ground. It's dark, but not too dark and doesn't hinder visibility. if you want something just a little darker on the outside and not much different than 20% visibility, go with 15%. Put it this way, 15% tint is 3/4 of 20%, so it's not that different.

      Cars are different compared to trucks and SUVs because their windows aren’t as big and straight as the larger vehicles. Cars have slanted windows and so it gives less visibility compared to SUVs and trucks.

      20 front sides and 5 all in the back. Depending on your state front windshield only 35 or 20. My state doesn't allow it so I keep it stock. No popo stopping poopoo today. I was at the local tinting business and it costed me $300. Worth it.

      Yes it would be close, but not exactly perfect. If you want a perfect match then do 15 over 20 on the front as well so it matches perfectly. I think that the 5% would probably be a little bit darker than the stock with 15 over it.
