Just installed this kit on my 2010 F150 5.4L....Simple install on SuperCab 6.5' bed, no cutting needed. SuperCrew needs some cutting done. Everything fit well. Nice, mellow yet agressive tone, with minimal interior noise. Took 2.5 hours on the ground, did it by myself. Follow this video and you will be fine!

That being said, the Force II Cat-back, part #817478, for the 2009-2014 Ford F-150 will produce a moderately aggressive exterior tone with a mild interior tone.
