      I get so overwhelmed by shame or relationship issues or things I have no control over (my brother is on hospice) and run to food to cover my emotions.

      I know it can sound cliché, but try to be gentle with yourself. It's actually quite amazing that we have a built-in tool for self-regulation and comfort in food. There's nothing to feel ashamed of. Thinking of you and your brother ❤️

    I really needed this video right now (im a guy but also struggle with it!) so thank you!
    MY stuggle, is i have been able to put my health in the right place for months then i yo yo and its frustrating cause i knwo what i need to do, i just feel like everything in society is set up to doom those who struggle, also potentially having ADHD makes it a lot harder as it takes a lot longer for those signals to hit the brain but i do my best! but thank you!
