I quite liked Paxton and probably would've been ok with both endgames, but Benvi always had my heart. So glad they got their endgame!

One of the best love triangles on tv and you depict them so well! I think the right couple ended up together but gosh, I have so much love and respect for Paxton and his relationship with Devi and this reminded me just how good they were!

This is the exact same way I feel. I loved Daxton even though ultimately, I wanted Benvi to end up together (and they did). I wish they'd explored the Daxton closure arc a bit more though.

For me, Devi and Ben was the best couple because Devi didn't need to be an another person when she was with him, she never changed herself for him, she kept this "enemy" relationship that they share together since they were little that's why Benvi was the best couple
With Paxton, she lost herself, she lost her personality, she tried to be another person just to be a cool girl who good enough to be with him even if there relationship evolved over time, Paxton was so good for Devi, Devi needed a person like her, like Ben

MAN this is such a great video that shows why this love triangle WORKED SO WELL when the vast majority don’t. Both relationships got development as well as all three characters. Neither Ben nor Paxton ever fought or competed over Devi, and neither were ever villainized. I’ve always been a Benvi girl, but this is one of the only shows I’ve ever seen where I didn’t hate the other side. Paxton is a great guy and his relationship with Devi was really sweet. They just weren’t ultimately the endgame and Ben understood Devi in a way Paxton never quite did. Beautiful work. 🩵

I think the point is that it isn’t about who YOU would choose. It was ultimately about Devi and what she wanted. I think that’s awesome. But I never disliked daxton I just didn’t think they fit romantically. But they had really sweet moments. It’s what makes a GOOD love triangle. So many of them make one person a villain or heavily skew the relationships. This show gave both relationships plot and development.
This is gorgeous! Loved all these characters and both these relationships but was happy she ended up with Ben!

I’m disappointed in s4 I wanted Paxton and Devi endgame he developed ssmmmm as person and helped Devi in s4 he was so seeet to her and there for her always when nobody helped her I loved them more !!!
Ngl I going to have to disagree on this take just a bit. Which is the last part. Ben always checked up on her even though he could just let her suffer after what she did to him. Even when she chose to be with Paxton and settled for a private relationship, he told her that he doesn’t deserve her to begin with. And the parallel when nalini told Devi and she it good the way she is and someone will love her for her flaws and all. Ben did that immediately as for Paxton he had to grow to love her. (As figuring himself out and trying to understand her a bit more to gain a connection). They both did gestures to show their affection but Ben was all in from the jump. He took the time to invade into the ladies room numerous of times to check on her. Always rooting for her relationships and telling her to careful and not to mess up like how she did with him. And they tend to get jealous more compared to Devi and Paxton (Paxton and Devi got jealous, but it was always when they assume the moved on from each other). Ben and Devi always had some feeling and “butterflies” in their stomach even when they’re in relationships or talking about their sexual endeavors. I just think Ben and Paxton both have their moments but for the most part even when their flaws are present, Ben always swallowed his pride to check up on her the most.

I’m always team Paxton but a part of me understands why Devi and Ben ended up together, they both still have a lot of insecurities and growing up to do, Devi doesn’t fully love herself yet and neither does Ben, so they feed off each others weak spots but Paxton and Devi were completely different from that n that’s why Devi consistently hurt Paxton because she’s still in a traumatic/ insecure stage in her life, it’s like Paxton said they can’t be together until she likes herself first.
Ummm way to miss all of Devi’s growth. She DOES like herself by the end and part of liking oneself is knowing what you truly want. Which for Devi, was Ben.

Frankly I would hace chosen Paxton because Ben did not respect her. Devi just should not have tried to.change herself for Paxton. On the other hand the prize is also Devi and let's he honest, she has attitude problems.

I’m sorry but I could not stand ben and Devi together. I saw them more as friends who badger each other than a couple. I always felt the undeniable chemistry and connection and spark with Devi and Paxton so it kind of threw me off. Not a fan of how it ended. I would’ve rather team Devi than Devi and Ben.
yes completely, ben and devi are competitive and helping each other but devi changed paxton and got into his head. He was first her crush from the start.

It was the reverse, paxton and devi didn't have an undeniable chemistry to speak of, it was just paxton being hot and nothing else, and Ben and Devi used bantering as a way to actually flirt sometimes, it gave us so much tension and was more fun, plus they had far more chemistry and could've pushed other to be better on screen if they have been given screentime together enough as a couple and not enemies to lovers to enemies again because of a cheating on devi's part you know.

Throughout the series I was very torn between Paxton and Ben. Actually, underneath I was team Ben, because I realized that Paxton liked Paxton only because he was popular and so on. However, going forward and reflecting, I realized that the guy I see Devi best with is absolutely Paxton. His character has evolved so positively throughout the series. There are several reasons why I prefer it to ben. First of all I find that the relationship he has with devi is more in harmony, they have always pushed each other on and together they both made each other better. Devi was more confident, had a better self-conception, and he was more motivated with homework and generally to improve at everything, as he said at the end of season 3. The relationship with Ben, on the other hand, was based on bickering and jokes that honestly tired me in the long run. Of course, there were also moments where they helped each other (like FRIENDS DO) but they were very minimal compared to the "academic battle" between the two which made everything toxic so to speak. There's one thing I keep thinking about. Devi said at the end of season 3 that Paxton was her dream. It means that she realized that she wanted Paxton not for who he was, but for herself, let's say. And that's what stopped her in the end. BUT I saw much more in them: it may have been like this at the beginning (Devi wanted him just to become popular and not be a loser, etc.) but THEN their situation evolved into much more. I saw much more. I saw a genuine relationship in which tehey were both happy.I find their story unfinished: they broke up because Devi didn't feel up to her, not because they didn't fit well together, I mean, there was just this problem that Devi then solved... And so shouldn't love have stayed? If it was all gone WHY the season 4 kiss? In that scene, Paxton continued to look her lips, and she also said "i often think about when we broke up"... This isn't a thing that a person that moved on does. And then when they talk about the kiss and they agree on the end of the goosebumps, they hold their hands for sooo long and paxton looks at her in A ROMANTIC WAY. Frankly, I can't find the point and in my opinion at least Paxton has feelings for her, from the way he looks at her. At the end of season 3 I could have sworn he was in love with her and it can't have all gone away like this. It isn't concluded. Devi and Ben in my opinion will have a volatile relationship and theirs is more of a friendship. Team Paxton forever. My heart aches to think there won't be more scenes of the two of them together. PLEASE tell me what you think ab this. How their love vanished in this way??? They felt something for each other also in season 4, come on.

I wouldn't say it was a fucked up series but like, it was VERY chaotic, cringy & Devi was all over the place, the decisions she made were crazy & somehow i loved it but hated it so much at the same time. Did I binge-watch all of season 4 the day it came out? Yes. 😂
To me, this series was so weird & Devi's character was, I can't even find the words for it, she was just so everywhere it annoyed me a lot & the decisions she made were ridiculous sometimes or a lot & like, no one I know including me, would EVER make some of the choices she made. My jaw dropped SO MANY FREAKING TIMES when she made a stupid decision or misunderstood the advice people gave her, like for example who would ask a stranger they've never talked to, to have sex with them?! Not me. And maybe Paxton was hot af, but she didn't know him at the time!
