I like to think that it's because these two take war the most seriously, Sniper as a professional job & Soldier as an American duty.
For the most part, the others think of it as a blast, or a scrupulous opportunity.
But not these two, men that have making a cold, hard living & holding up pain-staking honor at the top of their to-do lists.
