- This absolute behemoth is the Brabus 900 XLP!
That’s right - Brabus has got its hands on the G-Wagon and turned it into an absolutely outrageous pick-up truck!
So let’s take a look at what you get over the standard G-Wagon. Clearly, the main change is the load bed around the back, coupled with a whole load of carbon fibre covered oh-so-much of the exterior. There are also a number of huge vents and air intakes… Even if most of them are fake. Either way, it looks pretty damn mean! Oh, and the ground clearance has been increased from 21cm to 49cm!!
On the inside, the carbon fibre theme continues, with carbon found throughout the cabin. The seats also come with an all-new leather design, and high-quality materials can be found absolutely everywhere, including leather in the foot wells and Alcantara on the roof! There are also some updated digital dials.
Of course, the changes aren’t just cosmetic. Normally under the bonnet, you’d find a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can put down 585hp and 850Nm. But of course, Brabus went to work on this too, and now you’ll find a 4.5-litre twin-turbo V8 that’s good for 900hp and 1,050Nm!!
Pretty impressive, right? Well, of course, there’s a catch… Not only is it limited to a run of just 10 units, but it’ll also set you back £670,000!! But is it worth it? Let’s find out!

The thing I realized about Brabus is that almost every part of the car has a Brabus logo on it which makes it feel excessive.

@@zno3177 -Except it isn't, many noticeable differences between the two. How can you look at a Nissan Navara and think it looks like a G wagon? Vice versa, the G wagon looks nothing like a Navara.
Personally I find that a complete eyesore both inside and out, but it's interesting from the point of view of what Brabus can do.

As a german living close to the locations where this was filmed, I am quite surprised Matt was not fined for „posing“ with the extra headlights while driving around Königsallee in Düsseldorf (the posh street, basically german Bond Street) because the police has an own unit there only to do exactly that 😂

I love that thing for some reason and I'm not really into luxury SUV type vehicles. I usually love a down and dirty off road basher, but that thing is really cool. I'm sure that thing runs great off road, but it's too nice to find out in my opinion, which is why I usually don't like luxury SUV stuff, except this one. It's awesome.

Reminds me of all the Corsa's & Fiesta's I used to see down at the White Lion Retail park in Dunstable on a Friday night, back in the mid to late 2000's... huge body kits & Wheels, gaudy colour matched interiors, fake vents etc., though this monster has an incredible engine!
Lets be real here, nobody is going to take this offroad but the fact that this has som much ground clearance and portal axles is really impressive

i once saw a CLK-GTR on that road you was driving there...back in 1999...unforgettable...stood right there at the junction to the Steigenberger Hotel...back then there was traffic lights...was the same weather, and i was the single one noticing it...it`s the Königsallee btw.

As an American from Texas, i find it adorable when Europeans describe these vehicles as "massive". The trucks here now just come from the dealer's with 4"-6" inch lifts on 35"-37"s. They start at about $75,000.00. Is it ridiculous? Absolutely, but it is what it is. I have an f250 platinum on 37's. It's a b*tch to park, but anybody in a car just gets out of the way. Practical....nope. the tailgate is right at the top of my shoulders, and i have to have automatic drop down steps to get in. Do i get great gas mileage? Not even close. I get about 14mpg.....on the highway. Do i love it? F*CK YES!!!

And to make it worse the car is not any faster than the previous c63 cuz of how heavy the car is, its literally as heavy as an e63 s, that's absolutely crazy... so it sounds worse, much heavier, doesn't look good, costs alot more and is slow despite all the power it has, there's literally no pros to that car
My next car is a Brabus, it’s quicker than that big lump but more of a sleeper than being cool, 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds and only costs around £42k 😮

The place where you were in Düsseldorf is the poshest area called „Königsalle“ in English Kings alley, and a lot of rich people go shopping there as there are like Gucci shops and a Rolex Store and so on. And yeah i once saw 2 Ferrari SF90s one gray and one yellow next to each other.
