    హాయ్ వెంకట్ అన్న మీ మోటివేషన్ వల్ల జిమ్ లో జాయిన్ అయ్యాను. మజిల్ గ్రోత్ బాగానే వుంది.మీరు చెప్పినట్టు నాకు నైట్ నిద్ర సరిగా లేదోమో అని అనిపిస్తుంది.ఎలా అంటే నేను పడుకునే సరికి నైట్ 11or 12 అవుతుంది.మార్నింగ్ 5కి లేస్తున్న.కొంచెం టైం ఎలానో చెప్పండి.నేను కచ్చితంగా ఫాలో అవుతాను.

    Anna , nenu okka handicapped person. So nakku leg problem only . So nenu Baga walk chaiyaley because pain . But nenu food yakku tesukovadam valla . Nakku belly fat vundi nenu Mee exercise chaisa meru chepina videos loww and app loww kuda try chaisa but no results Anna . Please tell me 😢
