Thanks for the fantastic 12 steps to setting up the R2R business Simon! I’ve heard it’s best to not use the word property in the Ltd co name as then you can put expenses ie business trips etc through the business- is this right? What is your R2R co called?
And at the beginning of the vid you advise not to say we guaranteed your rent.. any tips on what to say instead?
