Only a few years ago I started my property journey from zero. Want to know the formula I used to create a 7-figure Rent-to-Rent business in just 3 years?!
Here’s the exact formula I used to transform my life using rent to Rent-to-Rent 2.0: czcams.com/video/ed8axh46nO4/video.html
would be amazing to have a viewing checklist Simon! really great channel btw
Yeah viewing checklist would indeed be great
Yes
How are you>?
How do you get a viewing with the landlord if it is listed with an agent, it seems like you skipped that step
yes
This was great Simon
Brilliant 👏👏👏
Excellent excellent stuff! A viewing checklist would be amazing!
Excellent landlord voice
Haha
Some really good tips here, thank you so much! It is so tough trying to get a lease on a corporate let. Most estate agents do just shrug you off on the phone and I’ve pretty much exhausted the list of estate agents in my area. Definitely going to have to go direct to vendor!
Nice video!
Mr Landlord sounded like Mr Bean 😂🤣😂
This Is gold, I've been making calls all day and all agents are refusing to communicate or even let me continue explaining as soon as I say the word "company let" 😪
Great content as usual
Excellent video thanks
Excellent information
Yes pls will need a check list
Awesome video man really like the way you broke it down 😁
@@SimonSmithOnline maybe a live viewing or making the deal would be great in terms of what to look out for
Thanks simon
Viewing checklist would be really helpful
Great work 🔥🔥
Big up
Hi Simon. Just caught up with your videos. Have u had a chance to add that viewing check list?
Hi Simon, during negotiations with landlord do you always try and make sure the landlord covers all bills? E.g gas, electric etc
Excellent 12 Steps. May I have the guide please.
Hey, you will find the link in description! Hows the journey going?
Do you manage the properties and tenants yourself? Or do you get a management company to deal with it?
Simon you are amazing. You only one who explains so clearly with all the essential information we need. I will 10 out of 10 fir your outstanding service.
Very kind. Thanks so much..
Amazing channel! Once youve got the keys do you then start advertising to find a tenant or would you do this before?
As soon as agreement is confirmed
New subscriber
Thanks for subbing
Hi Simon I'm new to R2R and your channel and think its an absolutely amazing resource, thank you so much, can i please request a copy of the 12 step guide you mentioned? thank you, Jenn
100%! It’s available at simonsmithonline.com !
Is R2R always full repairing lease like most commercial leases would be?
Hey got a question say if I have a break clause can the landlord also say in 6month they want their property back?
Who deals with the management side of the property eg if repairs need done during the tenancy? And if not you, would this not put off a landlord who could go straight to a letting agent who would take care of everything? I'm just trying to get my head around it all 😊 thanks
If direct to vendor you do the repairs…
If via a letting agent it depends on the arrangement landlord has with them
Hi again! Great video, can you send a viewing checklist pls? Thanks 😊
Hey! Absolutely … check out simonsmithonline.com
Hi Simon quick one so at what stage can you tell landlord your looking to do SA because some won’t even do viewing if they know it’s your intention to turn to SA
You’re looking at it too black and white. Solve their problem. The rest will take care of itself…. ;)
Nice content... Do you mind sharing a cope of your management agreement? Thanks
Thank you! It’s available on www.renttorentagreements.com
Awesome video Simon! Lots lots of value like always.
Regarding the call to book a viewings, almost every time the landlord is asking me lots of questions, per example, for how many people is the property, if we are professionals, my job status etc. how do I overcome that to get to book a viewing?
Thanks
@@SimonSmithOnline nope, I don’t think I seen that one. I’ll head down to your Instagram bio and get it from there! Thanks
Saturday night at the movies 2.0 tastic stuff
Check list plz
Hey, you will find the link in description! Hows the journey going?
