I've just stumbled upon your content. Really informative. I've just done a deal sourcing course and want to source R2R/SA to gain the capital to start doing the deals myself. In the course there was only a 5minute video on the way of actually figuring out the numbers for actually working the deal out. Do you have any videos where you do this? You explain things very clearly. Would really appreciate a link to a video if you have done one.

is it best to set-up just a business reffering to SA or with all deals that you do and with a business that is already trading with sourcing? I would love to have to my own properties though!

i originally started by watching samuel leeds videos, but i then stumbled across your videos, cant fault them tbh, pretty good, be good to see some more videos on the right things to say to vendors or agents

Surely before setting up a legitimate business in sa, you need to know if it works for you. So wouldn't it be better to see if you can get the deals is to try and get a demo deal and see if it ticks the boxes?
