That squat machine looks amazing. I am wondering if they had one of those machines you lie on your back and push the weights upward with your legs vertically. Sweet gym all in all.

Another legit quality video! The owner of Quads was very impressionable just from this video. Makes me jealous that I didn't get to meet him, very cool guy. As always, Ron, you do great work and really engage the viewer and have that bodybuilding mindset that has you asking questions that we all are thinking.

If you ever make your way to Florida on this tour series, check out my local old school gym near the beaches of Okaloosa Island, the gym is small and nowhere near as impressive of those shown on here but it has those same old machines and the gym is called Hardbody Fitness.

Love the vids guys! Big Ron is an incredible host! Whats Ron's opinion on squats? Suprised that I haven't seen him squat in his latest leg training videos
+vigaren Ron squatted for a long time.....well over 15 years. He squatted 405 in high school, and he spent his fair share of time repping 4-5 plates as a bodybuilder. Then with knee issues and neck problems he stopped doing them as a heavy movement, for the last decade..... but he still squats as a final quad movement sometimes, rarely going over 315.

Ed worked out at Quads but it wasn't this gym it was the one in Calumet City which is closed. The Quads is okay but B&W is more my speed.

+antonhbp Why is that too bad? The gym was started by four guys, that's why it's named Quads. As explained in the video.
+OFFICIAL MUTANT TV Well I wasnt 100% serious, it was like a joke. Yeah Ì saw the explanation in the video, but the wordplay on quads as in the four guys and the four heards in the muscle group doesnt make as much sense for us nerds anymore, even tho the muscle group is still commonly known as the quadriceps. With that said, I love the Mutant on a mission series and this gym looks great!
