☣️ The Team MUTANT stormed Dino's Gym in Birmingham, UK, in March for a brutal pump session, gearing up for the Arnold. Former pros, current champs, and future legends left no weight untouched, pushing themselves to failure with every rep. Badass back workouts, brutal chest sets, and punishing arm exercises set the hardcore tone for the day. No room for 'good enough' or 'saving it for tomorrow'-this badass crew left it all on the gym floor.
They drove each other to unlock their inner MUTANTS and annihilate their exercises. But that's not all- in true Dino's fashion, the legendary lifter and gym owner challenged Shaun Clarida to a pose showcase with the whole gym crew backing him up.     Yep. Was making real good progress until stomach. Virus put me down for a week.ugh. lost 15 pds. Hopefully when I get back to the gym the strength loss isn't too bad.

      You cant lose fat from a certain part of your body, if you wanna lose fat you will lose fat all over you body, but if you wanna lose some fat do some diet. Or just eat a bit less, but it will late a lot to loss fat. Also you can do some push ups, they are really convenient.

    This man overtrains and makes his joints wear out before he’s 35z so he’s right. He will be uncomfortable for an hour a day now (instead of just doing 2.5 hours once every 3 days and letting his muscles and joints recover then training to failure), uncomfortable all day the next day, and uncomfortable once he injures something and stops working out and lives with terrible joints for the rest of his life. It wasn’t a misspelling. It was a call for help

      well, it depends on his program. if he does an hour every day even 6 days a week he'll be fine if he's running Pull Push Legs because each muscle group gets at least 48 hours of rest before they're hit again

    Why are people so pressed? I know exactly what OP means. He’s not saying YOU should feel this way, he is saying that HE feels this way. This is what makes him feel comfortable in his body. We don’t know if he’s lying to himself, we can only take his words at face value because we don’t actually know him. So if he says he’s happy and he’s not exhibiting or promoting self-harm, the negativity serves no purpose except to shine a light on your own insecurities or thoughts.

    why do you need to tell us this? it seems you try to tell yourself a ruleset you are not believing in yourself. also you are just another guy who is not able to understand, that there are different body types and some guys are litterally not able to lose weight AND the other way around (like myself). and no i don't feel uncomfortable without big muscles.

      @@beisbollad first of all, all together you are wrong. it's not automatically genetic. second: i really tried a lot but my thyrotoxicosis prevents it. and no, thyrotoxicosis is not a genetical thing like many other diagnosies which are influencing the weight loss and gain. you can stop your mental coaching right now. go to your fitness studio, if you want to do so! i tried to manage a healthy diet / body since over a decade. i defintily know that it's not training and food.

      Your just wrong, there are different body types but everyone can lose weight just like they can gain weight. It’s just that different people have different metabolisms so it’s either easier to stay slimmer or easier to bulk up. Also why are you even saying this bro is right, he likes the way he looks now so he wants to put in the work to make himself look good rather than slacking off.
