डॉ साहब बाजरा खाने से हानि होते हुए कभी सुनी नहीं। हमारे बचपन में तो सब बाजरा ही खाते थे। गेंहू तो त्योहार या मेहमान आने पर ही काम में लेते थे।
बिल्कुल सही कहा आपने। हमें अपने खाने में बहुत बदलाव कर लिया व काम और मेहनत कम जिस कारण से बिमारी हो रही है। धन्यवाद।

Rabdi kya hoti hai
Rabdi is a north Indian fermented drink especially famous in Haryana and Rajasthan. It's made from thick bajra flour and buttermilk with cooking on medium flame in the night and than kept for resting. In the morning and afternoon is mixed with butter milk and used in breakfast or lunch especially in summers.

Le sakte hain par niyantrit matra mein. Bhut jyada bajra thyroid mein nuksaan kar sakta hai agar hamara khane ka pattern theek v santulit nahin hai to. issliye din mein ek bar lein, thoda thoda nuksaan nahin honge. Diet bhi santulit jarur karen.
