      That's good. Honey is good but if you can avoid it's much better. During breakfast you can have it. If you are not diabetic and no family history than also this is advisable.

    (Kismish,anjeer& dates), should we have to throw the water or use the water for making smooth ie or milk shake with the fruit) please reply

      Thanks a lot for your valuable, detailed feedback and a great question as well. Water which is used to soak Almonds & Walnuts should be discarded as it contains lot of oxalates and phytates. In others you may use that water. Kindly do share your other suggestions as well.

      Badam aur akhrot ko alag bhigoyen. kuch prakar ke seeds ka alag swad hota hai, jaise ki methi seeds to ye sab me mix hoga. Behtar hai is prakar ke seeds ko alag bhigoyen. Magaj, kismis, anjeer, kaju, pumpkin, sunflower seeds ye ikathe bhigoye ja sakte hain.

      Shakes and smoothies with nuts are always a good option especially in breakfast but do not go overboard as this gives you good amount of nutrition and calories as well. Thanks a lot.

      Regular 4-5 different types of nut consumption is very important and useful in weight loss. Start slowly and reach to the amounts as mentioned and you will get good results.     Can I use all the dry fruits listed and quantity suggested at a time once as full breakfast

      I was taking my BF as 7 Almonds, 2walnuts, 2 dryfig, 5 Hezal nuts, 3 dates, 15/20 black raisins, 10/15 peanuts and was very comfortable
      During corona all got disturbed
      Want to restart so asked u
      As staying alone and may b lazy in cooking so thinking BF of dryfruits

      I tried brazil nuts for about month one per day
      As my nails have verticle lines - nail ridge-but that is still there
      Does that mean I am so much deficient on selenium or the reason can b something else some ppl say protein deficiency also shows symptoms of nail ridge

      @@kishordhumal9907 that's a great question. Let me clear some important points. There are many causes of vertical ridging or lines on nails. 1. Thyroid deficiency in which selenium deficiency is a part, iodine deficiency is a part, increased goitrogens in a diet all are important. 2. May be normal in some with advancing age. 3. Iron deficiency is also a cause. 4. Other autoimmune diseases like lichen planus or psoriasis. 5. In some smokers it's due to peripheral vascular disease or vasculitis also.
      Kindly meet a Dermatologist and you will find the reason and then proceed accordingly, that will be the best.
