- ICMR की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि भारत में बीमारी का 56.4% बोझ अनहेल्दी डाइट की वजह से है. रिपोर्ट ये भी बताती है कि अगर हम भारतीय अपने खाने पीने की आदतें थोड़ी भी सुधार लें तो मधुमेह और हार्ट अटैक जैसी तमाम बीमारियों को काफी हद तक कम कर सकते हैं.
