  • ICMR की रिपोर्ट बताती है कि भारत में बीमारी का 56.4% बोझ अनहेल्दी डाइट की वजह से है. रिपोर्ट ये भी बताती है कि अगर हम भारतीय अपने खाने पीने की आदतें थोड़ी भी सुधार लें तो मधुमेह और हार्ट अटैक जैसी तमाम बीमारियों को काफी हद तक कम कर सकते हैं.

    Jab bhi koi useful baat batane lagta hai usko rok ker dusre expert ke views lene lagte hai aap, itne expert kyu bulate hai jab aap unko time he nahi de paate, sabki baat adhuri rah jatee hai or useful information mil he nahi patee, there is no use of this kind of shows.
