ICMR, should look into the aspect of Fresh /Foods be it Dairy/ Fruits & vegetables. Fresh meats from Merchants /who provide fresh cut on daily basis.
ICMR may recommend use of freshly grinded Masala’s rather than packed/ adulterated & most times loose their textures & digestive values. I have been associated with ICMR /AIIMS from the times of Dr VRamalingaswsmi.
I like indian thaali but too much food in it.
