Agar liver pehle hi bahut kam kaam kar raha hai aur aap bahut jyada karela ka istemal karte hain to dikat jarur ho sakti hai.       @@lalitjaggi3418 you can very well prepare chapati of millet flour which is usually coarse than your wheat flour.
