How do I set the alarm if Im staying at home.

If you are staying home, Click the ARM ATAY and enter your code. Arm STAY will normally disable motion sensors (unless you programmed them as ARM STAY) allowing you to move freely around the house with out triggering any motion sensors. Thank you for your comment!

I do not have an account but there was the system in my home when I moved in the women that lived her previously has passed away. I have lived here 3 years and all of the sudden it has been chimming for 3 days now. I do not know how to turn it off without a code? Help

The easiest option would be to open the panel, disconnect the battery and disconnect the AC Power. If its chimming, its probably a low battery alert.
