If you have tried this numerous times and still can't access your installer programming menu, chances are your panel might be software locked out by whom ever you got the panel from. Though this is not the most common practice with this panel, we have seen it before. Let us know if you have any other questions in regards to home or business security monitoring.
What if you changed the installer code like a jackass a million years ago and have NO idea what you changed it to. Would this work to reset it?
