Honeywell L5200: alrm.gd/honeywell-l5200
Get Monitored! alrm.gd/get-monitored
The Honeywell 5834-4 key fob is Honeywell's most popular wireless key fob. It's more shiny alternative, the 5834-4EN, costs slightly more, but doesn't come with any additional features. The 5834-4 is the default key fob that comes with any of the honeywell wireless kits that we sell as well. In this video Sterling shows users how to program this key fob to Honeywell's most popular wireless security system, the L5200.
7 years later and still works like a charm!! Thank you so much this AWESOME info I was a bit confused reached out and got the info needed to get the programing done
hello good afternoon greetings, this system I can connect an armed / disarmed key for the wired zones
Can you get replacement key rubber button membranes?
If you use the Key Fob to arm is there any way to determine that you are actually alarmed? My wife thought she alarmed with the fob but she didn't hold the Alarm Away on a sufficient amount of time. The way I discovered the alarm hadn't been activated was by using Total Connect 2.0 on my smart phone. Is there an indicator light available to show if I'm alarmed?
Does 24-Hour Audible also call the monitoring center, or does it only activate the panic alarm? Also, is there an option for an Arm Night Stay?
Can you show how to program it on a 6160 Vista 20 p
if I buy the Lynx L5200 do I need a control panel or is it built in the unit?
When I try to program a motion sensor, I push the tool button then put in the installer code to get to the program but when I push the program button nothing happen. The system program section doesn’t show up. Why that happen?
My Brother Accidentally Hit The Panic Button One Time.
Hi Sterling. When I press program, it doesn't take me to another page like yours does. It stays on the same page even after I click "program". Why would this be? Am I doing something wrong?
I have followed the directions exactly and it doesn’t work. I found a link on how to make it work. The 5834 needs to be paired with the L7000 panel. From your home screen, click security then more then tools then test then the go-no-go test button and then what you do is you press and hold the three buttons except the panic button at the same and you will hear a beep. Put in your code and you will be taken to home screen and you are good
what if the keypad gets broken does the siren stops working ?
Sterling, I have followed your instructions to the Tee and it all works great until it's time to arm/disarm etc. Just blinks red. i have tried 3 fobs and i have also verified high security mode. help?

Whats the range on the keyfob
why does the alarm go off when you hit the the butten?
For l5200, where do I the code for master (1234?)
can you have more than one keyfob? If so how do you program the second one?
Also, my alarm isn't showing the wifi signal like yours does
