    That was a great lesson. No one has explained it like that. You pick up those words when someone is talking to you and immediately assume the English version.

    Concrete in English also has the same meaning as konkretny, like in the phrase concrete evidence.

      Thank you for your comment! 😊 Yes, you are right. As we mentioned at the beginning of the video, some of the words might have the same meaning but it is not used as the primary meaning.

    Fabric is what a sweater is made of. Fabric does not mean factory.

      Thank you for your comment! Just to clarify, in the video we mentioned that fabrika means factory and fabric means látka. That's why fabric and fabrika are false friends.

    The Slovak meaning match with German one's. Slovak has been influenced by German.
