Are you guys high? 2 MVP and he's a HOF'er? Doesn't make it out the wild card without a bye! And needs a no1 Defense to even win a single playoff game. No one will be mentioning Lamar with Burrow, Herbert or Mahomes. He's Justin Fields with a no1 Defense to carry him. We all know CHI is getting rid of Fields. 4 games Lamar had 0 TD's. Way too many games with 1 TD, 1 INT, 150 yards. Allen, CMC, Purdy all deserved it more than him. Did you guys know, Lamar has almost identical stats to Tyrod Taylor? One's a bust, one's Lamar. It's amazing how quickly people forget how bad Lamar was for about 12 weeks. Bc his stats were also identical to MAC JONES, who got BENCHED! How's that a MVP? He was 15th in yards, with Herbert, Burrow and Cousins out. So a guy whose the 18th best at something is now a HOF? Please don't let the HOF become the Pro Bowl. Bc that's where its heading.

They wont give him another MVP until he gets a ring unless he has a season with some of the most gaudy numbers in NFL history on top of going something like 15-2. So more than likely the earliest he can get another MVP is the 2025 season if he wins it all next year. That's why the next 2 years he could have a chance to even catch up to Mahomes in the argument for best QB of this generation even if he's 3 rings behind after Sunday. And dont let the 49ers win or Lamar could catch Mahomes altogether over the next 2 years by getting 2 rings and a 3rd MVP.

CJ missed games, Pierce, Nico Collins, Tank Dell, Jimmy Ward(starting SS), Steven Nelson(starting CB), all 3 starting LBs missed time, Will Anderson and Greenard are the 2 best pass rushers on this team and both missed multiple games and were still banged up when they came back. Stefanski was the right choice by seasons end the Browns had 6 defensive starters, 4qbs, the starting RB, the kicker, and the punter out. The voting took place before the playoffs and the browns rolled up 36 points on the Texans who have a defensive head coach playing with no kicker and no punter so they were going for it on every 4th down and going for 2 every time they scored.

The browns were missing 5 Oline starters at one point + the best RB in football, a top 10 qb, CB1 in and out all year, FS1 in and out all year, FS2 out, SS1 out, MLB1 and DT2 out. To say that most of the team was healthy when they had rookies and players off the couch starting for over half the season is blatantly lying. DeMeco got smoked by the browns in the regular season and the browns fell apart at the worst time but it was bound to happen. 11 wins in the best division with 26% of your cap space on IR is more impressive than taking a 3 win team to a 10 win team in a mediocre division especially when you have the best qb in the draft and the best de in the draft

That being said what the Texans did has been done before….and they did it with the picks given to them by the BROWNS……but what Stefanski did hasn’t been done before. If CJ Stroud went out for the year season over. The Browns beat both #1 seeds and swept the AFC South……the division the Texans won…..with some big money players out for the year. In the others (passing yards, TDs, completion % and QBR) he wasn't in the top 3 and in key QB stats (passing yards and TDs) he wasn't in the top 10. Purdy lead him in all these statistics and as a team SF lead Balt in scoring.

2 things to consider. 1. Does Ryans win 10 games with stroud only playing in 5 games? Like the browns did with Watson. 2. Look at the jets with an equal level defense as the browns and a wr equally as good as cooper along with a better running back than what the browns had after chub injury. Also browns losing both tackles. And the jets coach losing all those games compared to stefanski. Ryans was benefited from the organization drafting stroud and would have had a 5 win team with Davis or another QB.
