    If you're training at home:
    1a). DB deadlift
    1b). DB RDLs
    2a). goblet sumo squat
    2b). reverse hypers on a bench
    3a). DB reverse lunge
    3b). DB good mornings
    4a). quad step ups
    4b). Bulgarian split squat

      @@lzak3865 RDL's are done with the legs almost straight. Focusing on the stretch of the hamstrings. On the deadlift, the knees are bent and focus is on the core and back.

    Im no stranger to weight lifting at 58.
    My weight issues started at 31 after having my sixth child.
    I used to be back in my size 7 in a few weeks of having my babies. Not on the sixth. I didn't lose a lb. Until I went on the Adkins diet and got back down to 130.
    Im not near 200.
    The Adkins diet doesn't work like it did the first time around.
    I love weights.

      Erm I have the opposite challenge! I was doing an accelerated fat loss program with a calorie deficit and I ended up recomping! I built very nice muscle and lost a good amount of fat but my weight decreased by slightly less than 1kg. I would really love to melt that fat as I still have about 28%, muscles I find easy to maintain. Ugh what do I do?? 🤦‍♀️

    Truly enjoyed this workout.
    Erin's queuing couldn't be more precise!
    Added weight to the good morning hinge.
    Was tempted to add weight to the step-ups and Bulgarian split squats at the end but found that the volume had me pretty fatigued and I wanted to stick with great form.

      @@user-cx3mm2iu9n I did 3 sets of 15. I usually do 4 when I workout but easing into this. Definitely feeling it today. Plan on doing this workout again this weekend

    Omg I knew it. I started doing splits, and I started losing fat a bit slower. But when I was mainly doing legs everyday I was losing fat so much faster. I’m still gonna do splits but maybe train legs just a bit more

    Brilliantly structured workout, but fair warning to anyone about to try it, those super controlled step-ups directly in to bulgarians on the same leg? Don't let Ms Stern's friendly presenting style fool you, that is a truly evil superset :D

    Erin...I have large thighs...I do have good muscle under neath the flab. I don’t want my thighs any larger...but how can i work my glutes and grown them without increasing the size of my thighs? I want slender thighs with definition, i.e., quad sweep, hamstring etc...but my thighs just keep getting bigger. I measure and do photos. I have a hard time feeling activation in my glutes but always feel it in my quads even though, I keep with in my heels, toes up.

    After suffering some bad injuries 20 years ago, my flexibility has never been good. Its meant that I am super careful in terms of doing anything outside of the traditional exercises.

    Love a good leg workout, my body looks deformed as I'm good on top but really chunky on the bottom half so I have to love leg days. Having started out recently I bought both books and started right away, the change is noticeable . Its the only programme thats working for me in my 46yrs body, if I can change so can anyone xx

    I Appreciate you, recently had a hip replacement on Aug 20.2020..U can b my trainer any day. I've been a gym rat since 85', basically do full body n cardio, I don't do heavy weight, lite n more reps. I'm 64yrs old, not a young buck lol
