I bought one of these very recently.
I am not very good at figuring out this kind of stuff,so I really appreciate this video, and I Subscribed. I am going to have to watch this segment multiple times in order to be able to use this vacuum. To this Podcast Host,Thank You.

I bought one last year. What I didn’t like was it would leave bits of residue behind. Subsequently bought a Bissell Crosswave, now that is absolutely awesome. It even cleans carpets.

the problem with videos like this is people don't read the manual before using. it's only a few pages. page 8 of manual lists what not to put in the tank and what is safe. the only safe thing is water, preferably distilled. make sure it isn't the baby one that they add minerals back in making it not distilled.

how are you going to show how it cleans when you just had the floors cleaned?? Hmm!? Kinda pointless demo? Pretty cool though..But, the attraction to this is the combo to vac some stuff before the mop. Ideally have a Roomba do the vac first and do this with vac as needed when steam cleaning. I like the MrClean addition. Good to know it has not harmed your steamers.

Hey how would you empty the unused water?

I thought you should NOT use any cleaner with it . Doesn’t it defeat purpose and leave floor sticky ???

You don't have to use any cleaner. I just prefer that scent. It doesn't leave any residue or stickiness, just the scent of any cleaner you use.

They recommend distilled water only for steamers of any kind, but I use tap water and occasionally add white vinegar and haven’t had any problems.

there should be NOTHING but distilled water. it will void the warranty. you have to press the steam button to clean. the little bit coming out isn't enough.

It can vacuum on carpet, but the steam function won't work on carpets.

This mop will not suck liquids well. But please check out my video on the bissell crosswave. That sucks up liquids lick a champ and vacuums well.

your gonna hurt it real bad with that mr clean man.. its just boiling the water sooo might go to some essential oils or something the stuff you buy for this machine is just distilled water and essential oils. try citrus or something

Seriously Dude, if you’re going to provide a product review, I clicked on your sight to learn about the vac/steamer, then talk like an educated person, know the product and it’s accessories. All you keep saying is “I don’t know what this is for”! I gave up watching. Worthless review! You don’t like the smell of plain water 🤦‍♀️. Water
    doesn’t have a smell🤦‍♀️
Definitely don’t want to put essential oils in or Mr Clean or anything other than water.
