I hope you enjoy today's video. I'm comparing the Bissell Symphony and the Crosswave. These are two of the best vacuum and mop combo at least in the Bissell line up of products. wow!! just the review I was looking for! there is a market for everything, there are steaming mops, vaccum+mops, vaccum+steaming mops, with brushes, with mop pads... I still think there isn't a perfect vaccum+steam+brush mop but, this reviews for sure help a lot for us to choose depending on our needs. Thanks for making all these content. :)
An absolute top notch comparison, Rose! You demonstrated both machines just right and explained all the things I was interested in. The Crosswave going over wet and dry messes is definitely great, but I agree with you that cleaning with just water is a huge benefit of the Symphony. Big like!

Can be used on laminate flooring as well as tile. I found out the hard way when my steam machine is used on laminate it starts to buckle from the water. I use a mild sanitizer solution that came with the Bissell for bathrooms and kitchen and I slightly heat

Great video! Thanks for sharing. I have a crosswave and a shark steam mop already. However, I have been thinking about getting the symphony, but after watching this, I think I will stick with what I already have. Thanks to you, I can save money by not having to buy another unit.

I personally like the cordless crosswave, maybe if they ever make a cordless symphony I would then consider it.

Less moving parts I went for. Nothing like hot steamed floors and battery model die in 1 or 2 years.
