Rent a shock compressor kit from your local auto parts store for like a $50 deposit, worth every penny (deposit means you get your money back as long as you return the tool and it’s not broken). Makes it so much easier to get the stock suspension out, it also makes it much safer as long as you use it correctly.

Is this everything you need to safely lower the car? Or should you ideally replace linkages, springs, shocks etc for new ride height?

I think the rears looking a bit too soft think the spring and lock ring is for the preload and strut is your dampening and height adjustments only just like a whole coilover but split in two
What size bolts did you buy?! They weren't in the kit and doesn't say anything about them in the manual...
How low can the ksports go on the focus st? Considering them but can’t find the lowering range

About to slap these on my ST. Do you remember if thieve bolts/ nuts were metric or SAE?
My break line bolt won’t come off, I already have something holding it on the bottom and it just keeps spinning for some reason

What spacers are you running after lowering your car? I'm gonna install ST X coilover kit, ride height will probably be same as yours (maybe little lower at rear). So I also wannaa make my car wider on OEM snowflakes with spacers. Thanks!

Yo what were the measurements for ride height etc in the front and rear. Just got the coils and getting a shop to do them as i dont have the time and your ride height looks aggro as **** and wanna give the shop the right measurements to get it right first go.

Anyone have trouble with there wipers after there coilover install? My driver side wiper is working perfectly but the passenger side is stuck, the wiper moves but its more like a wiggle and wont actually do its full range of motion

Can you adjust the height of the coilovers with the whole car put together? Or do you have to remove the wheels & take the whole coilover out to adjust it?
since you have to spin the shock body to adjust the height, you can’t do that with the wheel on and you can’t do it while it’s still on the car since the bolt stops it from spinning. so you have to take it out completely to adjust it

Hi Cameron, quick question. Does this kit allow you to lift your car? Instead of droping my focus, I'm wanna lift it, about 2 inches or more. My focus feels and rides too low, especially in the front.

@@drzflyest4 about 10 months ago, I installed 2" spacers on the top of my front suspension, I've been very satisfied ever since. My focus rides a bit higher now, and it's perfectly balanced, and much better in the winter 🤣🤣

Hey quick question, hope you see this. I’m currently doing research on coils for my car and am wondering if you remember Max drop for the front and rears and if you felt like you wanted more. Currently looking at coils with a 1.5 inch drop. Is that enough you think?
Depends on what you want. If you want to be stance kid low, like tucking tire, then 1.5" is nowhere near enough
I bought some godspeeds because the adjustment range is supposedly 1-3 inches lower. Raceland and bc racing extreme low coilovers can go even lower if 3 inches isn't enough

Hey I just threw on some 30 mm spacers on my ST stock wheels. You think I’ll be able to get that low with some coil overs? I feel like I may have over done it with 30
