I bought this card as a collector's addition. It was pure Ati from Ati itself when it existed.
I play battlefield 2A1080P ultra at a 126 frames.
It flew smooth and beautiful and perfectional beauty.
I use an adapter for the middle piece. That brings HEM I to it so I get sound.
That has got to be the best card. I've ever got for a 100 bucks. Second hand from the person who originally worked there. And gave it to me from Glass case that it's setting from the beginning. It was invented, it was the demo.
Blackguard played games like you wouldn't believe.
Batman was 300 frames. GTA5-4-3 was over a 150 frames, just a card by itself.

Aw man... I had 2 of these in xfire with a 980x watercooled....
Running 3x 22 inch monitor, 240gig ssd and 12gig ram triple channel.....
Was sick setup but the quad xfire never ran right grrrr..... Just not optimized....
Two 5970s sounds insane on paper, I think danielc did a video on quad crossfire in 2022/23, a crazy setup! Thank you for watching.
@@fennecRBX yeah I changed to 2x gtx580 evga 3gb sli, ran so nice and lasted me till sli gtx980 (then sli 1080ti, single 2080ti, 3090 and currently 4090)
Just wish I had photos of the setup over the years!
Hey man, I have this same video card and when playing Tomb Raider the game is stuck at 63fps even with vsync disabled. Do you know any solution for this? I'm using win10 22h2 and a gigabyte x79-ud3 motherboard with core i7-4930k, but I've also tested it on an old 775 motherboard and the problem persists
At the time, I had exactly this graphics card and I hated it. The card had pretty much every driver problem you could possibly imagine, only a handful of games that you could actually get the most out of it, but dozens that crashed. After only 9 month, it was broken. It was the last Radeon graphics card I ever bought and I haven't had a single problem with Nvidia in the last 14 years. 🙏 Maybe I was just unlucky, but it was a dramatic experience.

Example half-life half life 2 return to castle wolfenstein. Battlefield battlefield 1942 battlefield bag company, 2 battlefield. 3 all those games in the past Call of Duty. Everything flew on this card flu you don't understand they look perfect, 1080P and flu live Pelican.
