Minecraft looks abit ugly in windowed mode but that was the only way the FPS Afterburner overlay would work, weird bug... i hope you all enjoy the video!
You can use the in-game fps counter for fullscreen. Can be enabled in settings- video settings
i think it also has the frametime/ render time built in, and a lagometer as well

What cpu are you using? also try out the hd 6850. it used to be in my old pc that was from 2009 that i upgraded when it came out. id say it still holds up for some mid range games.
i5 12400f! Also I bet the 6850 holds up well too, those terascale based gpus were neat.

fortnite was bottlenecked by your cpu so the gpu could pump a bit more fps
