6 months front lever progression from ZERO to FULL

  • hi everyone, this is my 6 months front lever progression. I went from tuck front lever to 5 seconds full front lever , i probably could have achieved this skill sooner but i got injured and did not train for awhile…what happened was that i was casually doing some advanced tuck front lever pullups when i suddenly felt a sharp pain in my back muscles i didnt think much of it and just wanted to achieve the front lever as fast as possible, so i continued to train and the injury actually got a little worse. If you are wondering, i am fine right now i just hope u enjoy the video and if you are working on any skill right now then all the best and dont give up

    i js tried front lever n managed a 12 sec adv tuck front lever hold. watching this vid has made me motivated to train harder for front lever.

    I injured my something in my back (upon research i found out, it could be something to do with teres major). Now i am having pain under my armpit radiating towards elbow while doing pullups. The pain isn’t too bad but it definitely creates discomfort while doing a lot of pull movements in day to day life too. Its been 2 days since this happened.
    What could be the reason, can someone answer this please and what are the remedies.

      Firstly you have to master Australian pull-ups to improve your pull-ups, I can almost do 10 pull-ups in a row. I am also still learning so don't give up bro we got this 💪

    Yea ur hips dropped in the full front lever, i had same case 2 months ago but now my full fl is better than before. Ur fl will improve ❤

      @@cali_shubh yeah keep it up bro, me im doing great in FL, i have SAT, 10 wide feont pull ups ( not so clean form ), i have victorian press, i have victorian 14 seconds, one arm feont lever, one arm front lever press but bad form, dislocated front lever, front touch press, and insane and solid combos, i got a solid front i can say, alhamduillah, i ll post a reel in instagram where i show my new progress, of course all this needs dedication, patience and hard work

    If injured 10daysthats no injury lol 2:49 that's the body's way to force stop your bad form and training schedule/habit 2:49 3:07 can't hold 10sec yet alone 20 and want to advance...how to do a double flip Salto if can't Salto flip 3:07

    Any tips on how to start I can only do the first exercise shown at 0:12, how do I progress? What exercises did you do?

      Try to hold it for 10-15 seconds for sets and then when you get stronger move to the next progression and then repeat

      front raises ( all progressions, from tuck to full), resistance band holds helped alot too

    Can u share ur program? How many hours in a day and how many days in a week u train? Do u rest?

      i havent been training much since jan this year but i used to train 2 hours a day, for 5 days a week, i would rest on the remaining 2 days, or anytime i need to rest

    i think the secret to this move from what i know is the L-sit if u can hold a L sit so good for a long time with no shaking i think the front lever would be so easy to get thats how i unlocked my front lever

      l sit has nothing to do with front lever, l sit is ab compression and front lever uses ab extension and is mostly a back exercise. stop spreading misinformation
