Some of us would rather play builders than shooters. While I started with shooters (among them the original DOOM, original Quake, etc.), I discovered SimCity 2000, and have played it and every Sim City since. While Anno 2070 was okay, 2205 was such a graphical masterpiece it actually knocked SimCity 2013 off the perch of go-to city builder. No - it doesn't support multiplayer (which I could care less about) - however, what it DOES do better than any "future" city builder is make future city-building actually believable (yes - I'm including Aven Colony - which I have played - in that falling short). The Orbit DLC (featured here and included with the Season Pass), let's you research future improvements for ALL your cities, and you can start almost right after you first depart your starting area (typically, Walbruck Basin). Applied research has been a thing in RTS games for years; however, only this installment of Anno and SimCity 2013 let you apply it to city building - a welcome twist indeed. If you have 8GB of RAM and an Intel or AMD dual-core of Core 2 vintage (even the PentiumG 3258 or 4560 will work; my own rig is '58 based) and either an Intel HD4400/nVidia Fermi or better/AMD R7 or better (I have a GTX550Ti tag-teamed with the earlier -mentioned '58), you're ready to rock. LiquidSky? It is, if anything, tailor-made for that virtualized-gaming service (it's designed to be played in "snatches" - and the whole game eats about 20GB of space), so even the PAYG Gamer Plan is fine - you can even stream via the equally-skinny Plays.tv client to either Plays.tv itself or even Twitch.tv from your LiquidSky SkyComputer.

Haha Vallegaming, he is the reason i started with Anno 2070^^ what a small world.
But Annothek is the master in this so i recomend his vid 37 and 38 bc even if you dont understand him you will see what he does to get it all in orbit.

I highly respect Annotheks skill but his social behaviour is just... nope. I ran into him in the forums of Anno - online and I've rarely seen such arrogance.
For example: I consider myself quite the competent player and I asked in the forums why there is so much restructuring in the game (which leads to bulldozing buildings). I simply did not find the re-allocate button (which was also never a part of an anno-game before).
But he instead of helping ranted like how dare I consider myself a competent Anno-player, I am a noob and have no clue and stuff.
I ceased watching his videos then. Such behaviour at least in my opinion does not deserve any support.
And btw: I can understand him (if you are aiming at me speaking english in the videos here. Don't get fooled by that. I am German :P )
Yeah I stumbled quite recently on Valle and I like his videos. Though I'd prefer videos that last longer than 20-25minutes.

how did you get the rainbow into the game? I have to full game with every DLCs and never saw that anywhere.

since this is a small and (problably) mature community u can talk about whatever, even politics or religion without starting a shitstorm, and that a luxury on the internet....but my suggestion is to talk about everything u like the most,that usually work.

i told everyone about u now u reached over 100 subs thx to me sence i told everyone about u in captain jack livestream. ( space station idea) fill the layout then place the building by 2 rod away then in between the building put colling units( the modjuals that keep building coold in space ) then on the border of the the building put the other stuff. hope your happy cus im am
