Welcome back friends to the wonderful wasteland world of fallout 4 one of the greatest open world rpg experiences that I keep getting dragged back into playing. Today is no different. I enjoyed the fallout tv show so much that I wanted to see what the most powerful weapon in fallout 4 might look like. And so I set out on a quest to use a series of exploits and unintended video game bugs and glitches to craft the most overpowered weapons inside of fallout 4. It's November 10, 2015. Todd Howard has just unleashed Fallout 4 into the world. And now in 2024 fallout 4 has seen mods, dlcs, updates and patches and yet it is still absolutely rammed with exploits!
Todays exploits can be pulled off on xbox, pc and playstation although as always fallout 4 is best played on pc so that you have access to mods. (This video contains no mods but still I recommend it)
What you have seen here today is part of a fantastic perfectly balanced gameplay series on youtube where I go from game to game and break them with wacky exploits to gain things like unlimited gold and infinite money all in a fantastic montage. Seeing Reanu Keeves traveling the Wasteland after his much-needed extended vacation, brings me joy.
One time I forgot to like a Spiff video, and Reanu Keeves hounted my dreams. It was horrifying, and he chastised me so, yet a rare stroke of benevolence let me live.
This is why I like every spiff video as soon as I get the notification, even before watching. I know it is perfect and perfectly balanced. Reanu told me so.

Arguably there is a laser weapon that defaults to being never ending - Prototype UP77 "Limitless Potential" found around university point. Of course, you then add the improved automatic barrel, and the beam splitter to get a fun laser shotgun. and a boosted gamma-wave emitter for fire damage. Then you can start playing with exploits... Not sure what I'd try to add - maybe some sort of armor piercing effect.

@@CuppaLLX No, it and every other Gatling Laser is bugged/oversighted when the power core extending perks are applied. You do not get infinite ammunition, it just gives you extra ammo. With the perk, every power core you have = 2 ammunition cores, with the bobblehead, you get a near depleted ammunition core on reload. You get 1,100 rounds per power core maximum. So each power core you have gets used up to 3 times. This happens entirely because they just don't have it extend the magazine for the gatlasers.

I love the mod swap glitch. I've made an automatic MIRV pistol before, and let me tell you, the PS4 did not like it.
My most powerful guns that can actually be fired "safely" are
1) A modified Two-Shot Assault Rifle with an Advanced Receiver, with a Quad Barrel and Targeting Computer grafted from a Missile Launcher.
The Targeting Computer changes the weapon projectile to missiles, and they lock on when "scoped" just like normal, of course, the Two-Shot property means that it shoots two missiles for the price of one (with it actually consuming 5.56 ammo, since that's what the base weapon is). Despite allegedly being a semi-automatic weapon, it also has fully automatic fire. I can only assume this has something to do with the fire rate threshold differences between the ML and AR. The truly ridiculous part comes from the Quad Barrel's ammo increase being applied to a Drum Mag, giving it well over *a hundred* shots before reloading.
2) The Kiloton Rifle (an Explosive Radium Rifle) from Far Harbor, with a grafted Improved Sniper Barrel from a Plasma Rifle, and a Flechette "magazine" from a Harpoon Gun. The Radium Rifle base confers all the regular benefits of a Rifle, of course, with the Plasma's barrel improving damage/range further. The Flechettes take the range down some, and reduce the magazine size to a paltry 7 shots, but the result is effectively a mid range Shotgun that's Radioactive and Explosive with a tighter spread, while actually being a Rifle - meaning it benefits from all of Rifleman, Demolition Expert, and Nuclear Physicist for extra power.
Spiff, there is a way to break even more the gatling laser you used in the end. Indeed, if you take elder Maxon's gatling gun "Aeternus", it has infinite ammunition, so if you combine this trait with the missile seeking and the splitter beam, you technically have a universe breaking weapon
Aeternus is not Maxon's gun
It's found in the nuka-world dlc.
Elder Maxon wields "Final judgment" another unique gatling gun that fires 25% faster

I made the most powerful and energy efficient weopons. Take a Tesla Cannon and put the Submachine Gun receiver on it and you have now created *_THE STICK OF JUDGEMENT_*
Also if you put the Barbed harpoons on the Thirst Zapper you created a Thirst Zapper that shoots Harpoons and when you pick up the harpoons it gives you more Thirst Zappers.
Nah aeternus with anything else is the most energy efficient because it has infinite ammo

Spiff, If you do the exploit to attach gun mods from one gun to another, you can make a shotgun that shoots homing missiles which also has an automatic receiver and it is perfectly balanced.
Spiff we weren't trying to get rid of the tea, we were trying to share it with all the ocean life that couldn't find their own tea.

What I really like about your vids is that you don't just show off your exploits; you teach everyone how they can do it themselves and encourage them to try it in new ways and see what they can get, further encouraging the community to play around with the game and find even more exploits. Good stuff.
@thespiffingbrit I have been goofing around with vanilla game glitched weapons for the first time in the past few days and I have made some discoveries you must know:
First, you can stack yet another splitter on to your splitted weapons.
Second, you can make a weapon that regenerates ammo indefinitely.
AFAIK these two things can not be combined but you can make very crazy things with them.
Spiff has me so trained that i hit like as soon as the music changes that little bit to give the "special offer."

My latest creation is an automatic pipe pigstol. Spliced the piggybank launcher from a fat man onto a pipe pistol (with rapid automatic receiver and other fully upgraded parts). Still uses pig ammo but that's easily gained through the conveyer duolication glitch ;)
Also Kremvh's Tooth on a staggering ripper is 👌

Seeing that thing at the end firing is honestly super satisfying to watch. Reminds me of those military videos with the auto cannons firing thousands of rounds in a mater of seconds with tracers at night.

The robot just nonchalantly walking in after every insane volley of all these weapons is such a great comedic touch
21:11 That is false; I've performed it on PS4 myself. All you need to do is tilt the stick slightly (should be on the verge of changing the highlighted selection) before you perform the exploit. Then you do the scrap/modify thing and pull the stick down about a millisecond later.
It takes a few tries, but you will eventually get the timing right

@@lawfuldisplayname position your mouse next to the muzzle slot of the weapon you’re taking the attachment from, then right around when you release “scrap” and “modify” you flick the mouse over to where the muzzle slot will be. Kind of difficult to explain. But it’s the same concept as what spiff did for the targeting computer.

i have to say i've never gotten over all that tea in the harbour either.
I did the Minigun x Targeting Computer before too, though my favorite has to be the Kremvh's Tooth Blade dropped onto a Ripper.
The "Sacrificial Blade" Modifier from Kremvh's Tooth is unique in that the Legendary effect (of applying Bleed+Poison Damage on each hit) is on the Modifier itself instead of the weapon, this means you can actually get 2 Legendaries Effects on one weapon without any mods, back to the example of the Ripper this can become the best of two worlds giving an insane dps with status effects and whatever additional effect you want on the weapon. For example you could have a Flaming or Freezing Ripper which would then deal 4 Types of Damage on every single hit, or if you have another weapon that naturally deals 2 types of nonballistic damage (like a Freezing Power Fist with the Super Heated modifier) then you could be dealing Ballistic/Bleed/Poison/Flame/Cryo Damage all at the same time... The Infinity Gauntlet of Fallout Effects (I don't remember if there's a weapon that could manage to fit Radiation in on top of all that as well, something like the Children of Atom Super Sledge would lose out on the Cryo).
The fact that it allows having two bleed effects on a ripper, when one is already incredibly op...

My favorit creation with this exploid is a laser gatling with Lorezo's Artifact on it. There is even a lazer gatling with infinite ammo in the game, just saying ;)
